Best Plumbing Problems in Tampa FL

Doing a renovation of my 900 sq ft apartment. called Charles hero/Sample plumbing. they failed to show up the first day to assess. on the 2nd day Gary the plumber was questioning me that this was a big job...and told me it was gonna cost me a lot of money. As if I were not able to afford the service. Mind you it's is a renovation of apartment and I wanted to move the kitchen sink a bit to the right. replace valves to washer dry hook-up and assure shower plumbing will not leak. He seemed as if he did not want to do the work/job. he said he would get back with me after he left. no calls back after 3 days...so I called the office and said I agreed and requested a day for the work to be done.....another 3 days past. and no scheduling for the work to be done...I called again and followed the directions for a date on there website. and still I am not assigned a date... I called the office again and the woman said she would have gary call me... and yet no call. I choose to call another business and the work was completed in one day....

Great service! They repaired everything on the list I provided to them. I am not local to the area so I couldn't meet or check on the everything. However they sent me photos and walked me through it. Also told them the tenant wouldn't move in til later in the month and they extended the warranty to ensure it will work properly. The only problem we had was having to reschedule a few times due to their personal emergencies. But we all have that when it comes to family/health. Fortunately they continued to call and reschedule in advance. I would use them again if I had any plumbing issues.

Was on time and did quality work I would recommend them to any one with no problem will call drain flo the next time I need a plumber.

David the person assigned to perform the assestment of our issue was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem in a clear manner and how the repair would be performed. He completed the job as promised with no surprises. I would gladly use the Pink Plumber in the future if needed.

Somewhat complicated installation of a specialty sink but Luis and Pierre did an outstanding job. I've used Maurici Plumbers many times and they have done a great job every time. I highly recommend them.

Does Ted still work for you all? I've been trying to get ahold of him. I have BIG job for him.

I have used other plumbing companies in the past, and very dissatisfied with their service. From the first call I made today and talked with Jennifer to when Joe came and fixed my problem; I could not be happier with the service. They are very professional and courteous. I have found the company I will use for any future problems. Thank you very much!

Overall the experience was positive. The work was completed properly and in an efficient manner with a 90 day warranty. The financing available at no interest for 6 months was beyond appreciated. The employee was in uniform, well groomed and even wore coverings over hiss boots to protect my floor. I have used this plumbing service twice and both experiences were positive. A discount for returning customers would be the only improvement I would suggest.
