I needed help with installng an instant hot water unit and a leak with my R/O water filter system. Donovan figured out what I had done wrong and how to make it work correctly. We now have plenty of instant hot water and no leaks! They are probably not the least expensive company but the work was done correctly and I was offered a really great deal with their ongoing extended coverage of Air, Plumbing, and Electric for $9.99 a month. To good of a deal to pass up! Definitely recommend them and will use them again.

AC turned off entirely (system and thermostat) and then 20 min later turned back on. Then turned off again 15-20 min later. And kept doing that Sunday morning. The entire system was only 2 weeks old. Come to find out the drain line was clogged and system was turning off as designed. Tech flushed the drain line (as it should have been done at installation).
