This is the second time I used Premium Plumbing, Louis installed my new water heater today, he was fantastic! I am very happy with this company. The first time we used Premium Plumbing was a few weeks ago when we had a leak.

On a Sunday morning with my husband deployed and a house full of family visiting from out of town, a toilet overflowed and then all of our toilets and sinks/showers clogged! We were in dire need of a plumber, and Charles Thompson came to the rescue.

Other plumbing companies put me on hold forever and gave me the run around, and would be sending a guy from outside Tampa. Charles promptly replied to my text and was ready and able to come to our aid, took care of our plumbing need and treated us professionally and kindly as a neighbor would.

We were without water for days waiting for our property management to get someone out to fix our plumbing issue. They sent out a gentleman by the name of Mark from this company. He was very professional and well mannered and also provided us with plenty of information on the situation and did a great job. Very nice and respectful, we would definitely use this company again. They got to the root of the problem--literally, as there were tree roots growing into the toilet. The plumber was courteous and hardworking and made sure the job was done right. We will be using Dyser again.

Relocating washer and dryer- Did not complete initial service. Did not install the dryer vent, then they said it wasn’t part of the job. Refused to complete the job. Poor workmanship with the work they did. We are very unsatisfied.
