My husband found Excellent Plumbing through their great google reviews. We had an active plumbing leak in our house that needed quick attention. We called a couple others first, but no one could come out that day. Excellent Plumbing had Greg and Rolando to our house within an hour of calling. They clearly know what they are doing ... went right to work and found the source of the leak. Fixed it quickly and addressed all of our concerns. Cleaned up the area very well. I absolutely recommend this company. It was pretty expensive - as our situation was an emergency. But I knew quickly we were in good hands, which was a huge relief. Saved us from more water damage. It's not easy to find service providers who are this responsive and provide quality service. Thank you!

I was referred to Cyclone by a friend who had large renovations done to his home previously. Tom came out and inspected the plumbing issue that I had reported with my home which included slow draining, occasional backups, and a smell coming from underneath our home (1920's bungalow in Seminole Heights). He quickly set a follow up appointment to have their team do a more accurate inspection to ensure we knew exactly what needed to be done. After we knew all of the issues that needed to be repaired, Tom gave me a straight forward and very fair price for work that would completely fix our plumbing issues. At no point was there any up-selling or pressure to add more services. He simply asked me after the full evaluation what would you like from us? They fixed exactly what they promised and didn't add any surprise fees or cost at the end. One thing that stood out for us is Cyclone never charged us until the job was complete, this includes the two times they came out before starting work to ensure that we knew what the source of the problems were. Most other companies will charge you just to come out and say hi. These guys are local and were very knowledgeable of the type of construction and common issues with this style home. My wife and I are very happy and would absolutely use them in the future with any other services we need that they offer.

My garbage disposal is a constant source of frustration for me along with my upstairs toilet. My upstairs toilet has been leaking since I bought my house and 2 plumbers have not been able to fix the problem. Temple Terrace Plumbing is the first plumber that has been able to actually stop the leak! They also were able to get my garbage disposal repaired and it is working perfectly. I have had issues with plumbers not being on time (and sometimes not even showing up) in the past, but Chase was on time and very friendly. I know my water heater is approaching the end of it's life, and I will 100% be using Temple Terrace Plumbing for the job. Couldn't be happier!

I now know why Premium Plumbing sets so many 5 star ratings. I called on Monday and was given a Tuesday appointment. Corey and Noah arrived on time. Corey fixed my immediate problem and gave me options on the issue that was not as important. Corey and Noah were both very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Premium Plumbing will be my only plumbing company from now on. Great service and reasonable pricing.

1)Showed up on time, 2) extremely professional and 3) and knew what exactly to do. This is the first time I used their service and was knocked out by their politeness and knowledge. What I thought would have been a complicated job, it turned out not to be and didn’t try, like other services I’ve used before, to sell me services I didn’t need. We are very happy with Bay Area Plumbing. They converted our wood burning fireplace to a natural gas fireplace. We received an estimate promptly, and the job was completed quickly and on time. The employees were knowledgeable and professional.
We used the fireplace the first evening it was installed, and decided we wanted a minor adjustment made. I contacted the owner that evening, and he had his employee come over and make the adjustment the very next day. I was impressed with this prompt response to a minor issue.
We will use them again for any plumbing or gas related needs.

I had used this company in the past but will not going forward. They don’t respect your time and when they cancel for the day they don’t offer anything more than the discount they offer any any service.
