This was for a rental house that was getting a new roof and the workers accidentally put a nail through a copper pipe that had been installed 40 years previously. Mitchell replaced the damaged section of copper water-line and positioned it so that it now aligns with current code.

I posted 5 stars regarding the last service call, but this turned out not to be the case. The return connection was still leaking into the wood floor in the closet. It took Mark to finally ( I hope) solve the problem.

Precisely on time. Had booties over his boots. Quoted us about $250 for the work plus a $39 service fee. We were told all the work would cost $211 when we scheduled the appointment. He called his company and they approved the lesser amount. Work was done well and took about 1h 15m.

Would use again.
