Just over a year ago Cass pluming came out and did some extensive work on my drains installed a clean out and installed a new drain line to replace one that was rusted out. My kitchen sink was plugged up I plunged it and I thought it cleared but the it was draining into my laundry room where the rusted drain they replaced hadn't been capped off they sent someone out and even though there was no warranty the repairman capped off the old line and unclogged my sink at no charge I'm very satisfied

I had been over 24 hrs without a working toilet and my landlord said he was sending someone over. That person was Marty from Clog Kings Tampa and let me tell you that he solved the problem in less than 15 minutes! He also noted other important issues that need to be addressed asap.
