We came home from vacation to find the water main on the side of our house busted while we were away. We called Roto-Rooter and they sent Alek out within in a couple of hours. When he arrived it was pouring rain, but he waited for it to stop and told us he would have our problem fixed today because he did not want to leave us without water. Even when it started to get dark he turned on the headlights of his truck and continued working and got the job done. He fixed the problem and was a pleasure to work with. Best service experience you could hope for!

They were very helpful! They gave a free estimate the day after I called for our 3 shampoo sinks. We made an appt to have them installed a week later. Adrian was especially helpful, he was our plumber. He went out of his way to make repairs on the surrounding flooring, and had great energy! AND the price point was great!!! A lot of plumbers around here over charge you for their services. Don’t be silly- go to gulf shore plumbing for quality, reasonably priced plumbing!
