Our hot water heater failed on the afternoon of July 4th. By 9:30pm that night we had a new hot water installed and operational. Joe was our plumber and he did a phenomenal job in all aspects. I was really impressed with the technician that we had come out today. He was courteous, intelligent and knew what he was doing. But the other thing that was really important was how comfortable it was to have him here.
