We have used Larson plumbing twice in 6 weekends for two different issues. Both times they were prompt, responsive and did excellent work. Very professional company and gave me quotes on a large job before starting, causing me to change my approach to solve our plumbing issue. Would highly recommend! Roy is the best service guy! This is the second time I’ve worked with Excellent Plumbing and they do not disappoint! He has replaced sink water valves, installed washer plumbing lines, Cleared pipes removed and installed a new water heater at two different locations. Mitch is professional, knowledgeable and always reliable. He makes sure the client is satisfied with the work and has good communication for expectation management. I will forever use Mitch and Excellent Plumbing as my “go-to” plumber for the Tampa area and have less worries about potential plumbing issues that may arise, knowing he is only a call away!

Tom at Cyclone plumbing has done quite a bit of work for my wife and I. They do some really quality work and have affordable pricing. We have had them do everything from unclogging a pipe to working with us on a bathroom renovation. We have been incredibly happy with all the work and I would definitely recommend them.

I had my hotwater heater break. I called all around looking for a hot water heater to be installed at a reasonable price. By chance I ran into Bay Area Plumbing and they were able to save me big money. Not only did I get it installed professionally with the good quality work done by Mike and his assocaiates. But they were able to offer a fantastic price that met my budget. I would say five stars all the way. Strongly recommend this company.

Great experience today with Mike V and Alvarez Plumbing & A/C! Had a clogged drain-line that I could not clear. Mike took care of the issue, made some sensible recommendations that we took into consideration all for a reasonable fee. He was clean and courteous and good with our dogs! Would use again without a doubt!

I called 1st Choice Pluming on a Friday afternoon regarding a minor leak behind our toilet and Matt was able to come out first thing Monday morning to take care of it. He gave me a quote over the phone, sent a text reminder when he was on his way, and was very prompt and courteous. I called Titan to help with a sewer lateral repair that needed to be done quickly. They were able to respond in a timely manner and sent out their service tech named Vince. I was very impressed with Vince's knowledge and his professional demeanor. He was able to fix the problem while keeping a very curious homeowner in-the-loop and confident with the repair. Vince turned me into a Titan fan.

We called with an issue with our hot water and we were told that a $650 repair would do the trick. After the money was paid, they learned that was not the issue and that they would send someone out to do a test on our gas line the following Tuesday (6/14/2022).They told us that ONG would require a pressure test that would be another $650. The manager told me that if we called ONG to come check on this, they would make us have this test done and made it sound like our only choice was going to be to pay the additional money if we wanted things to be fixed.Luckily, we chose to call ONG anyway and the fix was completely free and took about an hour. No pressure test required.We spent 4 days without hot water or our other gas appliances and wasted money because of the misinformation we received from Williams and certainly would not use them again.*** We did have to call them back out after ONG came and fixed our issue. Everything was working properly except for the water heater, which was the only thing Williams touched. They did send a tech out free of charge, making sure that we knew we would have to pay for whatever was done if it would up being unrelated. The tech that came out was the original tech, and the issue was with a part that he replaced. He questioned what the fix was from ONG and continued to say that doesn't make any sense. When I answered his questions.He also stated that he just turned it on when I asked what the issue was with the water heater, even though I watched him try and fail to just turn it on before I left the room.They misdiagnosed the issue, and have held by their actions with very subpar customer service from management.

They provided same day service and fixed the issue immediately!

I operate a small HVAC business and have been in the service business since 1991. Some people are just courteous by nature and customer service is just a part of who they are. That is how I would describe Mike M. the technician that provided our family with excellent care and service. He diagnosed our problem and had everything working properly very quickly. Chuck's Plumbing was extremely easy to deal with and they had a great level of communication with us from the time we placed our call.
