The technician that came out was Tommy Yates . Tommy was on time, wearing a mask and booties over his shoes. He was very polite and friendly. He listened attentively to the issues I was having and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer my questions, show me the problem, explained things clearly and advised me on how to prevent certain issues. Not only did Tommy resolve the issues, but I learned a lot and he gave me some great recommendations! Titan plumbing always does a great job, but Tommy was especially awesome today!

I ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot, with installation. It arrived the delivery subcontractor looked under the sink and said I can’t install. He called his office and I talked with them and they asked to speak to the “Driver” I called Peninsular Plumbing they sent a very nice young man and installed my dishwasher with no problem. We've worked with Bob for a variety of projects in a condo and now a house - water heater replacement, fixing some plumbing issues in a shared bathroom wall, and recently the addition of a new bath.

Bob is punctual and reasonably priced, and has done a really nice job on the various projects. I've appreciated that he's more than happy to walk through what or why he's doing something, or talk through possible options - as someone who considers himself a bit handy but not a plumbing expert, it's nice to learn a bit about the work being done.
