Tony was responsive and solution oriented. I had an annoying situation with two Moen bathroom faucets where Moen sent me replacement cartridges that were not the right parts. Tony uninstalled the existing faucets, patiently re-greased, re-installed, and repaired them, as well as giving me guidance on how I needed to interact with Moen in the event these faucet parts falter again. I highly recommend Tony, and will be using him for all my plumbing needs.

2021 - Larson Plumbing did a great job for me again. I changed out 2 vanity’s that had 2 sinks in 1st vanity and 1 in the 2nd vanity. I followed the installation instructions that came with the faucets and mounted them to the vanity tops. Then I hooked up the supply and drain lines which took some modifications because they did not line up like the previous sinks/vanity’s. After 3 trips to Lowes and multiple tries, I had issues/leaks with all 3 sinks in different places. I reached out to Larson Plumbing which I have used in the past 2020 and scheduled a service call for my home. They put me on schedule quickly and sent Roy out to my home. In roughly 3 hours he took apart what I did incorrectly and reinstalled it the correct way. He explained what he did, was very polite and cleaned up after himself. Another fantastic job completed by Larson Plumbing. I am a fan and they can use me as a reference anytime.

2020 - Larson Plumbing just completed a project for me. Chris helped me with design, layout and fixture selection recommendations. This involved an ADA compliant bathroom that we had no idea what is needed. He provided recommendations on size of drain line and supply side pipe options and benefits. The employees he sent to our home were very professions, polite, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves daily. The whole process went better than expected and I will recommend Larson Plumbing to friends, family or anyone else I speak with that is looking for a good plumbing company. They were not able to get the part we needed for our appointment today, However, they are working on getting a portable AC for my elderly aunt until they can get the piece tomorrow. This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!
