Best Water Leaks in Tampa FL

Plumber hooked up the water heater wrong then they did not want to correct their mistake. Leaving the tenant without hot water for a week. Tim used the resident bathroom for his own personal use. He couldn't even shut the valve off to the tank. He flipped the wrong breaker off and didn't check to see if the unit still had power so he tripped the entire apartment breaker.Office staff was very rude when explaining to them what their plumber did. I do not recommend channelside unless you just have money to burn because you will end up calling out another company to solve your problem.

First time that I reached out to Son of a Plumber. Had a clog in the main line couldn’t flush the toilets without them leaking or use the kitchen sink, needed someone immediately. Recently as of last week I had to seek out the services of Jerry for an old outdoor water faucet replacement. Even though Jerry was busy that day, he gave his word he would make time to check it out and he did. He is a man of his word, very professional and courteous, an excellent human being. Replumbed my property and forgot to drop one of the lines to the outside water line no call back to come out and repair and fix it I would not ever use them again

FIRST DAY: Thursday, I needed a hot water heater replacement, mine was old, and finally gave up the ghost. At this same time I had come to believe that my hot water copper pipe buried in the foundation of my living room floor had been leaking constantly for weeks; slow at first, then faster and faster over the last few weeks. Mike Benson was the man I contacted at Tampa Bay Plumbers to handle this tough task. He had been to my house several times before to fix drain and sink and septic pipe issues. I still had his card on my fridge. He and his nephew came over my house at 5 pm after a long hard day, and went to work immediately, determining the source of the leak, jack-hammering a clear path to the leaking pipe and repairing it perfectly. Then Mike replaced the foundation concrete floor they removed and smoothed out the concrete just like a professional stonemason! . They had already brought me a brand new 50 gallon Rheem hot water heater to replace my old 40 gallon model, and now they installed it so neat and perfect. They left my house pretty darn tired at 9 pm after removing all the air from the hot water system, and having made sure all faucets/tub were working correctly. I couldn't be happier with the quality attitude, workmanship and work ethic of these two gentlemen. I would recommend them to anyone for any plumbing job!!SECOND VISIT: Tuesday of the following week, we wanted a new toilet installed in the main bathroom and took this opportunity to ask Mike Benson to run the camera down the sewer line to the septic tank.All the work was done perfectly on the install; we had selected and purchased the toilet ourselves at Home Depot, a Kohler Santa Rosa one-piece with the new Kohler Aquapiston for powerful flushing. Mike Benson and his crew did a great job on everything as usual, great work on commode install, removing all roots and reachable debris; and as always with Mike, a thorough cleanup from the old toilet mess. (22 years in place for that commode :-) Sorry Mike :-(THIRD DAY: Mike Benson and crew came back Wednesday with the water jet cleaning pump and took the 200 ft hose up onto the roof, and cleaned out the three stack pipes into the laundry room effluent pipe and also to the main septic line. All of these lines were cleaned out. Then they came down from the roof to the only main clean-out outside my septic tank, which they later replaced with a huge two-way clean-out (thanks Mike, much better) and went upstream (from outside clean-out back to inside sewer lines ) with the jet cleaner and got it from the reverse angle as well. Mike remembered to plug up the laundry room effluent pipe so black water didn't spray all over the place and make a mess. Any cleaning mess in the bathrooms, commode, tub and sinks from the jetting process they cleaned up immediately afterwards (all the effluent gunk that came back up during the jet clean-out process). Thanks to Mike and crew for a great job again!!

This company is absolutely horrible they charged me $190 for 4 minutes on one drain. I then asked the employee if he would install this faucet in for me to replace the old one and he said no because I didn't mention it beforehand I have to make another appointment and be charged for two service calls now. I waited for my appointment over 5 days the time allotment was mine according to the manager the employee was concerned about his next job. The job took him the time it took me to get through one cigarette. I called the manager to express to him my experience and he offered to send someone out at a discounted rate mind you discounted from what a $190 per 5 minutes Do yourself a big favor and go elsewhere.
