I called Mitchell at Excellent . Told him my problem clogged drain pipe and replacing old kitchen sink pipes. Was expecting a long wait and high price estimate. I was given a quote and my technician Greg was at my house within the hour. Gave top notch service at a more than fair price.

I was referred to Cyclone by a friend who had large renovations done to his home previously. Tom came out and inspected the plumbing issue that I had reported with my home which included slow draining, occasional backups, and a smell coming from underneath our home (1920's bungalow in Seminole Heights). He quickly set a follow up appointment to have their team do a more accurate inspection to ensure we knew exactly what needed to be done. After we knew all of the issues that needed to be repaired, Tom gave me a straight forward and very fair price for work that would completely fix our plumbing issues. At no point was there any up-selling or pressure to add more services. He simply asked me after the full evaluation what would you like from us? They fixed exactly what they promised and didn't add any surprise fees or cost at the end. One thing that stood out for us is Cyclone never charged us until the job was complete, this includes the two times they came out before starting work to ensure that we knew what the source of the problems were. Most other companies will charge you just to come out and say hi. These guys are local and were very knowledgeable of the type of construction and common issues with this style home. My wife and I are very happy and would absolutely use them in the future with any other services we need that they offer.

I have been a customer of Bay Area Plumbing for a few years. When it came time to update / renovate the bathrooms I know who to speak with. BAP completely renovated my two bathrooms in my humble 1925 bungalow in the Heights. Being an older home there were some surprises and Mike and the team were able to address those un-forseen issues with minimal schedule delay. I am very happy with my beautiful new bathrooms. Repipe did an excellent job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo. They knew I was selling it and worked extremely hard to get the job done prior to the closing date, which they did. Not only do they replace the pipes, they also patch the drywall, so you won't have to find a separate company. The day they installed the new pipes, they did not stop until I had water connected back and working, which was well into the evening. I highly recommend.
