Fantastic service! I contacted them to get a quote to replace the existing natural gas-powered tank water heater with a natural gas-powered tankless version. They came out and provided a quote for $3200 for the largest model Navien makes (the other quote I received was $3100 for the mid-range). I wanted to make sure capacity was not going to be an issue so I went with Maurici Plumbing.

Tony and his helper showed up on time to install the unit. They were both extremely friendly, patient, and very efficient!! I asked a bunch of questions about various things during the install and Tony was very friendly with responding and didn't seem impatient at all. They were finished in about 4 hours and as you can see, the work they did was top notch. Highly recommended!!!

Thanksgiving Eve is not great timing for a plumbing disaster resulting in no running water. Resolution needed to be immediate, We called Roto Rooter; and, it was a wonderful experience - as wonderful as a plumbing need can be. They were communicative and arrived in a timely fashion. They were incredibly neat and professional; and, we were entirely pleased with their service.

I received very skilled work, but more importantly they gave great customer service and kept in constant communication about the project. Being out of state, I felt like I was in good hands with Tampa Bay Repair.

Repipe did an excellent job replacing the polybutylene pipes in my condo. They knew I was selling it and worked extremely hard to get the job done prior to the closing date, which they did. Not only do they replace the pipes, they also patch the drywall, so you won't have to find a separate company. The day they installed the new pipes, they did not stop until I had water connected back and working, which was well into the evening. I highly recommend.

I came home to a flooded nightmare in my bathroom... thank goodness for Channelside! Randy (the plumber) was quick to respond, late on a Saturday night no less, and refused to leave before the problem was fully fixed. He went to lengths to clean the area after he was finished and even stayed to make sure the carpet cleaner arrived to take care of removing the water. Thank you Channelside for your amazing service.
