Richard was extremely polite and professional. He was quick to diagnose the issue, offered options, and once the solution was decided, he scheduled a replacement for the water heater. During the replacement, he explained the process, kept everything organized and tidy, and showed me the parts that were replaced. I was very satisfied with Richard and his work and would highly recommend him for any future work.

We hired Flow Pros after moving into our new home to help us with a handful of needs including replacing all of our plastic water lines with metal lines, installing a water softener, & updating our water valves. Jared was very responsive and showed up when he said he would be there. We highly recommend Flow Pros and will definitely use them again in the future!

Very disappointed that I was charged 166 bucks for them to cut a huge hole in my wall and to tell me what they think the problem was, no repairs were done. Had someone else come the very next day and find the leak that you guys missed in the same exact area. Now I have to not only pay the person who actually found and repaired the leak but also pay a separate person to fix the wall. The website emphasizes their affordability and customer service but the lady I spoke with about my experience had a nasty attitude and lacked compassion and empathy. Didn't let me speak to the manager and said she would have someone call me back after cutting me off several times and being extremely dismissive. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

My plumbing backed up due to roots in the pipes on a Saturday night. I called them on Sunday morning at 9:30 and they were here within two hours....and no extra charge for it being a Sunday. Got the job done quickly and things flowing smoothly now.

Don't look any further use All Pro Plumbing! Rolando was here today and he is awesome. Not only was he polite, professional and knowledgeable, he shared that knowledge with me. He thoroughly explained the problem we were having and more importantly why it happens. He got right to work and told me he would teach me how to flush the hot water heater myself so I could do the maintenance annually to avoid this problem in the future! Being originally from up north where we are not required to drain our water heaters, I didn't know Florida water is different and a nasty build up happens. Rolando fixed the heater pretty fast and then walked me thru all the steps so I know know what to do. He's such an asset to your company! He was so personable and friendly I can't thank him enough for all his hard work and the education we got. Great service! I will definitely use them again and will recommend to everyone. I'm going to post this experience in our Peridia neighborhood Facebook page as well so if any neighbors are looking they know where to call. First of all, I want to say that Anselmo and Carlos are absolutely fabulous. I chose Tampa Bay Plumbers after getting quotes from two other companies to do the plumbing portion of a minor kitchen remodel job. Their price was definitely competitive with the other quotes I received.Part of the job required them to tear into the wall from the outside of the house. Anselmo assessed the fixes needed and gave me the utmost confidence that he had a tech who could not only help him complete the job, but also replace the vinyl siding that they would have to open up. As is to be expected with any plumbing job on an older house, there were unexpected complications that we encountered once they opened up the wall. Anselmo and Carlos were fabulous throughout the whole process and went way above and beyond to ensure our job was completed to the best it could be. I highly recommend them, and will definitely be using them for all of my future plumbing needs!

Titan techs were very knowledgeable about a tank-less water heater that was installed in code violation. They relocated plumbing and electric for the new heater. I would use this company again for all plumbing and electrical needs. Office staff was very pleasant and easy to work with during changes. Accommodating! Fair price.
