Their plumber Jacob G came to out home and all h3 accomplished in 3 hours was to install the dishwasher, garbage disposal & get our kitchen sink hooked up. When installing the sink faucet he didn't flush the faucet before putting it in, which made the water stream come out jagged. There was also a drip under the kitchen sink after he installed it. My husband had to fix both issues. Big waste of money and time.

Tampa Bay plumbing was amazing. From the minute I met Charles and Billy I knew I wanted them to do the work. Charles was so knowledgeable and brought up areas of concern that I didn’t think of. He was calm and nothing was a problem. Believe me our house had a lot of issues to tackle. They were so professional. They were reasonable in their cost estimate. I don’t always recommend people. I’m actually surprised if the job is done right.I would without a doubt refer Tampa Bay plumbing to anyone. If your afraid of being disappointed you will not be. They are trustworthy and hard working. Most importantly they do a great job. If you want it done right with no worries at all, call them. You won’t regret it. 😀

Yesterday I had the pleasure of having all hours plumbing install my gas water heater. Marc and his crew were incredibly professional and did an amazing job installing my gas water heater which I’ve had several plumbing companies come out and say it was next to impossible to do. Marc and his crew not only came out on time and installed it, they knocked it out of the park!! Hands down the only plumbers I will use again. Can’t wait to recommend them to my friends and family!! Thank you guys again!!

Invitation Homes (An extremely HORRIBLE and MEDIOCRE Leasing Agency) uses Anthony Gennaro Plumbing as an outsource company. In the past month we have had TWO NO CALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS with them.The first work order we had to reschedule and when it was completed the first time it was NOT DONE CORRECTLY and they had to come back AGAIN in order to fix the issue with another time frame of 4 HOURS. Now when I was able to get Leo L. a rude and disrespectful Maintenance Manager at Invitation Homes on the line he was playing a blame game saying that it was this company's fault that they did not receive the work order. The lack of disrespect for ones schedule and having to take time out of my work day for this is quite astonishing. Invitation Homes should consider using another outsource company with more respect for a persons time. I wish I could rate them lower then what I have them done as correctly.

I recommend them. We have used EDP several times now for different issues. We are happy with the service and just signed up for the lifetime membership. Straight forward pricing and quality service. Jonathan was our plumber today and he took the time to make sure he did the job right. We are pleased, thank you!

I had a leak in my bathroom, due to old pipes, and Clog Kings was very informitative in the issues i had. They are very professional and completed the job and install in a timely manner. If needed i would 100% call them again.

My AC unit took a dive and I can't be without air. I called B&B Plumbing and Air. They came out right away, gave me a very fair quote and most importantly were able to get me on their calendar right away. I was very pleased with the installation team. Super professional. They did a great job. I am very happy and will be recommending them to all my family and friends. They will also be handling the re-pipe on my home. 10 star review on every level.

Very happy with my experience today with TBP. Justin was able to fix my toilet leak very timely. Absolutely no problems from the time I called to make an appointment to Justin getting it all fixed up. I would recommend the company and I also thought the price was fare.

Called them and left a voicemail, no call back for a week. Called again, got someone on the phone, and made an appointment for someone to come out to the house.. they never showed up and never called us to tell us they couldn't make it or to reschedule. Unreliable would be an understatement!

Aaron H was an awesome tech. Instead of charging me way too much money to things outside his training he gave his opinion that I just need new appliances. He took time to help me get a game plan to go a step further. I appreciate his honesty and he even went the extra mile to help.If you can ask for a tech then I would ask for Aaron H. He is a good ambassador for the company.

Great service, fixed things quickly and was very honest about pricing and saving money. They were there the next day and it wasn't even an emergency. Best experience in 11 years with any service we have had help with since moving to Florida. Highly recommend.. I had Ben Franklin scheduled to come out but quickly canceled when I read there reviews. So thanks to all 90 plus of you who reviewed this service, I dodged a bullet.

Avoid this company at all cost. Bad people bad company. A trusted agent of mine introduced them to me so I didn't do my due diligence because of his past good experience (now I doubt it). There were two guys in different times came in to my house to fix dripping water problem from T&P valve on the water heater (due to water pressure issue). Why two guys? because the first guy didn't solve the problem(he didn't even test water pressure upon arrival. No, he is not a rookie). How much did they charge me at the end? I give you a hint: the money you could buy half of a new water heater. After a couple of weeks dispute between Kidd and us (mainly my agent), they mearly discounted 10% or so off the original charges. Kidd Plumbing shouldn't exist because they don't have any sense of customer service and satisfaction. They are just bunch of cheats. I would tell this terrible story/exprience to everybody around me AND on every possible social review board. That's my mission. Again, STAY AWAY from Kidd Plumbing, terrible terrible company.
