Helpful and professional staff. Good selection of quality fixtures to actually touch and try out. I'm updating a faucet and sink I'll use multiple times a day for the next 25 years and I just couldn't find anything I liked at the box stores. I walked in, got helped immediately, and got a selection of excellent quality stuff to choose from in about 10 minutes. They have extremely high end stuff but also really good stuff that is reasonably priced compared to the low end junk I found at box stores and on mass retail websites.

Work out of a commercial space in Seattle. Had a leak that presented as a water stain in my ceiling panels. McKinstry was recommended by the owner of the commercial property. The initial diagnosis of the issue cost about $500. After the diagnosis McKinstry determined it was the HVAC fan that needed to be replaced. They order and replaced it for a little over $2,000. After about 7 months the leak has returned. Called customer service and they said would cost another $500 for a technician to evaluate. Disappointed they do not have a warranty in their work. Hoping this review helps other who are looking for help.

In a sea of plumbing companies in our area, we are delighted to have found Bob Oates Sewer and Rooter Company. We have found them to be an honest and trustworthy company that we can rely on for various plumbing problems related to our 1909 house. The plumbers that have come to our house since 2016 have proven themselves to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and we appreciate that the estimates given us are reasonable and fair. We do not feel as though we are being taken advantage of like some other plumbing companies who seem more interested in making the most money than offering service and advice for a fair price. We plan to use Bob Oates Sewer and Rooter Company for our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to those who treasure old fashioned service.

They did a whole house repipe, including new water line from street to house. Other than one unfortunate accident which they paid for they were very good. Lots and Lots of connection, and no leaks. Amazing how they got the pipes connected thru floors and walls.

Simon was awesome! He was incredibly patient as he answered my questions and walked me through our potential leak issues. I really appreciated his help! He was on time, efficient, and didn't try to push us into services we didn't need.

I contacted other companies to get a quote and encountered really unprofessional or incredibly expensive companies. That was not the case with this company. While I hope it won't be necessary to need leak detection in the future, if I do, I will definitely use Clearwater Leak Detection!

He was amazing! Good price, fast work

First, everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and informative. They scheduled and did the work quickly. The work was impressive to watch and went very well. The crew members worked very well together and even cheered each other for work well done. The clean up was very good. The city was delayed in making the final inspection, but we were not billed until everything was certified and cleaned up. We would definitely use them again, but we don't expect that we will need to!

Very knowledgeable however their price for tightening 2 urinal bolts and installing a metal p-trap under a sink was $550 after taxes. I've used them in the past but I'm going to have to find a new preferred vendor after this latest experience. They charge $250/hour labor. I don't think plumbers are worth TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS AND HOUR? Maybe a lawyer or a doctor?

I have been really happy with the backflow testing performed by MacAllen. He was right on time, answered all my questions and did the job quickly. I really enjoyed the convenience of scheduling my appointment and paying online. I would absolutely recommend him.
