Romeo and his team saved us THOUSANDS on repairs. It all started with some clogged toilets. We called Beacon to get a diagnostic on what the issue is, assuming there was just a clog in the pipes. As it turns out, we had a crack in our sewer pipe. What made it worse, is they detected the crack under our concrete patio and rocks were rapidly flooding in, causing blockage. Originally, the quote was upwards of $15K. We managed to hire an outside concrete removal service to gain access to the pipe under the patio, and Romeo and his team came back to repair the leak. Little did we know, there was a SECOND crack in the pipe several feet down from the original crack…. Our repairs were now closer to $25K. Romeo found a different solution to the repair so we wouldn’t have to cut another 4’x4’ square in our patio, which ultimately saved us thousands. He worked diligently for eight hours straight to rectify the issue and get us back to normal by the end of the night. With two little ones, we didn’t have the time or the money to spend on brand new sewer lines. I greatly appreciate his empathy and expertise. I would highly recommend Beacon Plumbing based on Romeo’s professionalism alone. Thank you SO much for saving the day, Romeo! I’ve stopped freakin’ and called Beacon.

I really appreciated that he took the time to listen to my concerns, explain what the issues were and how he was going to fix them. He even went out of his way to go back to the shop for additional heavy equipment needed to completely finish the job. I had a very good experience with Roto-Rooter. Roto-Rooter cleared my crumbling 1937 sewer pipe twice, then replaced it and all the connecting drains in my house at my request. Roto-Rooter was very responsive and courteous, quickly getting the right people, equipment, and permits onsite for this big project, arriving when they said they would, keeping me informed, and completing the job in a timely manner.

I had a simple clogging that took little time for Jason to fix. The reason I am particularly happy about their professionalism is that they pointed out two other potential problems about other parts of my side sewer line. I know for a fact that the service my neighbor used earlier this year didn't catch the bigger problem in the shared part of the sewer connection. This just shows genuine care on the side of Sewer Friendly.

I used this company twice for a sewer line replacement and a water line replacement , not only was their price the lowest the guarantee was the best . Nobody want's to spend money on this kind of thing but use them without worry ! thy are really good at what they do
