We had Fox Heating out on 1/13 to service our gas furnace. Chad the Manager was the Technician. He was very knowledgeable on the furnace and service. He had to order a part for the furnace and installed the new switch today. Thanks for the great service.

I own a condo in Seattle and no longer live in the city. When my tenant informed me of issues with the bathroom and kitchen I reached out to Gene Johnson Plumbing to get an assessment. Rene Garcia reached out and was very professional about explaining the work and the various options we could go with. He took care of all the issues the day of and made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend if you have any issues at your home!

Had a wonderful experience working with Best Plumbing. I had a unit in a Belltown condo that quickly needed a new sink, faucet and dishwasher before a tenant moved in. They helped me quickly pick out the pieces I needed and the plumber who installed it was a pro. Sometimes working in high-rise apartment buildings can lead to challenges but he knew exactly how to handle. Highly recommended!

We first used them to repair a leak in our upstairs tub. Then we thought we should replace our 2 toilets as well. Called on a Monday and they got me on the schedule the very next day. Austyn was our plumber both times. Super professional, friendly and explained everything he had to do. We have more work to do, we will be calling them for future projects. Will recommend them to everyone we know.

WOW! Our water heater went out and after spending a whole morning watching YouTube’s and trying to fix the thing (to no avail), then the afternoon with salespeople from a bunch of Seattle companies who convinced me that the unit not only needed to be repaired, but replaced - I was JUST about to spend $1800 on a new one when Chris called me at the end of the day. He stayed with me on the phone for almost 20 minutes and walked me through how to fix it and patiently had me keep trying until things came back online. The fix he had me do, I didn’t find ANYWHERE online and it totally worked! Not only that, but it’s been working great ever since and he confirmed that my unit was several years newer than all the other salesmen had told me - and doesn’t need to be replaced. At the end, he didn’t even ask for payment. I’m seriously a customer for life. Chris is the best.

Haven't needed a plumber in many years until this year when my luck ran out and I've needed one three times. Decided to try Beacon Plumbing after seeing all the Seahawk ads. Very glad I did. All three times the phone was nicely answered by Bill. Didn't know until later that he's the owner. A truck was dispatched quickly, less than an hour, and problem were solved. Today, I learned from the City of Bellevue that my water main was leaking on my side of the meter. As usual, Bill answered and a truck arrived quickly. Robert and James were very polite and we cracked a few jokes while they found the problem. From phone call to repaired, less than three hours. Pretty cool.

My outside drain backed up into my basement. I called Wayne at Emerald City Sewer and he and his crew came over that evening. Evidently the problem was quite a ways from the house. Not only did they blow out the entire line, but they installed an outside access to the sewer line, which I didn't have in my 1962 house. Cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommend!

I'm not a customer (yet), but I work at a neighboring business. We had a project where we needed some help fast, and the employees here took a moment to help us out. So 5 stars for being really good neighbors. I expect they're even nicer to customers, so they'll be my first call when I need a plumber, too.

So I'll start by saying the actual plumbers that come out to do the job were great. They were very helpful and understanding. Now that being said. I spoke to 3 people to schedule my appointment and have had 2 plumbers sent out (so far. The job is still not complete) the people that scheduled the appointment are... The worst part of the experience. I made it very clear to them that I needed a specific service done. But the first plumber they was sent out didn't have the equipment to do the job because he was told the job was something different from what I told them, but he was nice and helpful in trying to quickly get someone else out to do the job. The second plumber had everything except a scope so we had to schedule a 3rd person to come out but again he was very nice and helpful in getting things set up. So like I stated the men/ women the actual do the work are fantastic. The office people NEED A LOT OF WORK!!! If the person who took the information for the appointment had listened to the reason I called all the hassle could have been avoided and I would have wrote a great review.

The two young men who repiped my manufactured home were very courteous and answered all my questions. They cleaned up. Three things happened that required them to come back twice. My heat pump ducking was knocked down. Also they forgot to turn the electric panel on. Also I had to have someone turn the dishwasher vale on. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the job

I have used Jim Dandy for several plumbing jobs recently. They are fast, friendly, very capable and well priced. I highly recommend them.
