Konrad and Terrin were awesome!Since purchasing our home we've had to have lots of plumbing work done, but all too often contractors seem eager to get in and get out as quickly as possible. Konrad and Terrin were a great contrast to that, as they took the time to talk us through everything they were doing, why they were doing it, and what we needed to do over time in order to keep everything in working order. I'd bring them back in a heartbeat [but hopefully don't have to!].

They came out 30 minutes after I called and quickly and efficiently resolved the problem we were having without toilet. Both of the men who came were great and they provided up front costs and options.

These guys do a great job. In March just as the lockdowns starts we noticed water backing up in our basement utility sink. Raman showed up on a weekend and found the break in our sewer line. They had to dig down a ways and remove a retaining wall. They got it all fixed up and even put our retaining wall back up. Excellent work and safety precautions. We'll continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

I recently received a higher than normal water bill and determined that I had a water leak somewhere between my house and the meter at the street. Andy came out to take a look and sent me a work proposal to bypass and install and new water line. I checked out reviews of other plumbing companies and compared prices but found that Akers had nothing but positive reviews and quality work reported from it's customers. I went ahead and had Andy and his crew come out to do the work, it was finished within a day, they were very courteous and knowledgeable and restored my front yard to the point that I would have never known that any digging was done. They even installed a brand new shut off valve in the front yard. Bottom line excellent work done with quality parts...I would recommend them to anyone who is unsure about who to turn to for plumbing repairs.

Tyler Blanchard was awesome - worth the weekend premium rates. He arrived within 30 minutes of my emergency call, did great work at a fair price and had a great attitude. We'll absolutely call O'Neill again.

We had an extremely positive experience with the company overall but Adam and Santino were fantastic to work with. We had 2 jobs done and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. They were very quick to get the job done and fair with us on pricing since we had 2 jobs and ultimately this gesture made it so we will use them again and refer them to others. I have also worked with other companies this past year where the staff is rude explaining the job/details when I have questions. I’ve had Joe out a couple of times to help me with some plumbing problems. Nice guy and does quality work, I would recommend him.

I punctured the water main digging a fence post hole. Since I knew exactly where the puncture was, I was able to clear enough earth to easily get at the pipe before they arrived. Drew showed up and had the pipe patched in probably about 45 minutes, including a trip to the supply store for some adapters.

The install was quick and they explained each step clearly such that I now feel confident in my ability to patch the line should I ever damage it again.

Excellent and swift service with a smile. Would recommend!

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
