Best Water Clean Up in Seattle WA

We had a clogged bathtub and I called Pioneer because a friend of mine told me he used them with success. They were excellent. They did show up an hour late, but they called and told me this two hours prior so I could adjust. Things happen at sites, I get it, but they took the time and had the courtesy to call and tell me they were working on another clients problem still. That stood out to me because they wanted to take the time to fix an issue and still had the foresight to keep me in the loop. When they got to my place they were nice, efficient, and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. For that they get 5 stars.

Our hot water heater gave up the ghost and we called PSPH. Steve M. and Tyler V. arrived sooner than the scheduled time; they were thorough with their assessment of the situation - to repair or to install new; they patiently worked with our budget constraints and were knowledgeable about the product options available for our specific situation. They began the work with our confident approval immediately.

We have had huge difficulty in Seattle getting handyman type work done. We decided to try Fixer and what a fantastic surprise. What I liked is:
1. Super easy, fast app based interface for setting up the projects and getting a very accurate pricing forecast. 2. On-time, friendly and highly competent professional showed up and got the jobs done perfectly and outstanding quality and follow-thru. 3. Cost came in exactly as expected, photos and on-line record of the projects with super clear web based interface, impressive! I have nothing to report other than five star service and exceeded my expectations, which is really appreciated considering my past experiences trying to get house jobs done. This is a well thought out program coupled with great technology and doers. Go for it.

Our hot water heater started going out over the last several weeks. Given that our house is heated by radiators and we have a new baby, this was a serious problem. Because of the rarity of our unit, other plumbers flat out refused to even try to help us out. Not only did PlumbWorks take our calls at all hours of the night, but Nick actually spent the time required by the manufacturer to become a certified technician, just so that he could order a part for us, he didn't charge us a cent for that time. Nick and Marcus know their craft, and they are two of the nicest people you could meet. I highly recommend using PlumbWorks when you need to fix your water heaters; they do good work and they they charge a reasonable fee.

I asked Craftsman for a quote on installing a dishwasher hookup, and the quote they gave me was exorbitant. But more importantly, while the plumber was there, he told me my water heater flue was incorrectly angled, which could one day cause a carbon monoxide leak (although he didn't detect one, and none had been detected in the 16 years the flue had been that way) and that per Craftsman company policy he had to shut off my gas and my neighbor's gas, knowing full well that I'd turn it on right after, because I'm not going to live (or force my neighbor to live) without hot water while waiting for a new flue to be installed. Also that this was very common and that he'd already done it 3x that week at other homes. It took me over an hour to relight the water heaters after he left. Pretty annoying to hire a plumber, have the plumber break something unrelated to the service call, and need to spend so much time fixing it on my own afterward.

I'm lucky to know a caring professional like Joe. I've had several odd piping issues at my house, interior and exterior, and Joe has always been HUGELY helpful over the phone and in person. He really cares about his craft and customers - and he doesn't just fix things; he improves them. He has longevity and sustainability in mind. He is a prompt and clear communicator (read: explainer of his craft to simpletons like me), and a real cool guy. I can't say enough nice things about Joe!

Tyler was fantastic! He solved the problem with our leaking bathtub faucet caused by a prior unprofessional job. He helped us mitigate the cost of an expensive alternative by testing if the problem can be more easily fixed with a simpler solution. We had a clogged gutter pipe which was very hard to detect. David from All Sewer repair came and used Hydro jet to unclog the pipe, but it didn’t work. Then he used camera to find the clog. My home gutter line was pretty complex, and David had to try to use the camera from different locations to find the clog. After a while, he was able to pin point where the clog was and explained the process to fix it. He had to dig the ground and cut open the pipe and found roots from tree growing inside the pipe which clogged it. The people who installed it did a very poor job by use duct tape to join the pipes, through which the roots penetrated. This was then fixed properly and pipes were unclogged.
I was really happy with David’s work, he was very knowledgeable and professional and no one could come close to match his price.

I had a great experience with this company. First of all, I was able to book an appointment for the same day. Secondly, they sent the technician over early. Wade was the professional that came and assessed the issue with my tankless water heater. His feedback was direct, and candid. He helped me understand the problem, and how to avoid it in the future. He never tried to sell me anything. He was just there to solve my problem. He also took a look at the exterior of my house and give me suggestions of how to improve my heating and cooling systems. He was also a really nice guy. I will definitely go back to this company for heating and cooling services in the future.

Very professional guys. Had them look at my pipes because winter is approaching and wasn't blown away with a high estimate like other plumbing companies try to drop on me. Showed me what I need to fix and gave me some ideas to consider.
