My water bill was going through the roof so I called out a plumbing company named Roto router that took me to the cleaners for a couple thousand dollars and didn’t even fix the leak! Don’t ever call Roto router ever they are rude and so expensive and then did not do the job at all. My experience with Clearwater was totally different totally! They showed up exactly on time very personable, Great smile and actually spoke English not that I’m not a fluent in 48 other languages LOL but he’s the first one of 32 were from rotor router that spoke my language which was refreshing and he was knowledgeable told me what he thought it was and he was exactly right. He said it was going to go outside and see what he could find and within 20 minutes he was back at the door telling me it was all fixed I could not believe it all fixed the meter was not running at all with the leak and he told me I had been leaking about 700 gallons per day per day! Incredible what a waste thanks Roto router for running my water bill up another $300 by not fixing anything. Thank you to Clearwater for fixing things Alderwood Water came out and checked the meter no leaks no leaks no leaks no leak. Don’t hesitate to call Clearwater they are the best! I cannot say enough things about Todd and Sound Sewer Inspection. I am under contract for a house and had another company out for a sewer scope inspection. Without getting into the details, they couldn't perform the inspection via the bathrooms but ended up charging me regardless. I was feeling a little jaded about the whole sewer scope inspection process but hoped there was a more customer-friendly sewer scope business out there.

A couple days after my initial attempt at a sewer scope, contractors at the house located the sewer cleanout under the patio (it'd been completely buried so we had no idea it was there; boards had to be removed to expose the cleanout). I called up Todd and asked how quickly he would be able to get out and do an inspection--by now I'd lost quite a bit of time and wanted to extend closing by as few days as possible. Todd said he could be there in 45 minutes!

Todd arrived right on time. He was super friendly and immediately got to work. He talked me through the process as he was doing it and showed me where my line met the sewer. There were a couple rocks that somehow got into the pipe, and he even tried his best to knock some loose as he was doing the inspection! Because he ONLY does sewer scopes and no other plumbing work, he is super objective about what actually needs to be done. Because some of the rocks couldn't be knocked free, he said we could probably go rent some roto equipment to knock them loose ourselves, so we wouldn't get gouged hiring a company to do it. I really appreciated his objective advice! He turned the report and video around super quickly so I could share it with the seller and try to get the rock issue resolved ASAP.

Overall, you can't go wrong hiring Todd for a sewer inspection. I will definitely use him down the road if I move again, and will point my friends and family to him as well for their sewer scope needs!

The reviews about this crew are true, I also had a great experience with Dirt Cheap Sewers for a complete sewer replacement. From Angel initially determining the cause and location of the problem, to offering every option available and on the spot estimating with fair pricing, to delivering on exactly the promise made. Day one, they trenched by hand, in the cramped space under the deck, replaced the root destroyed pipe, and had me back in action by the end of the day. The remaining days also required hand trenching to protect a slope sensitive tree line, and even without requesting it, I watched them take care to not hurt the large primary root structures of the trees, digging under and around them to access the old line, only cutting a few that needed it. This type of care was demonstrated throughout.

Accessing the portion under the house required cutting the slab, and a touch of jack hammering, but before the work began, Austin and Poncho took the time to seal off the rest of the house, as well as some belongings left in the basement. This crew works hard, staying as late as it took each night to finish the days portion of work and get me reconnected, while being receptive to my questions or specific requests. Then, at the end of it all, after back-filling and pouring me a beautiful cement patch, gifting me two new and more convenient clean outs, they literally cleaned my basement better than they found it.

This is a stellar crew, very easy to work with, and I am extremely pleased with the result. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth with these guys.

We just used them to replace the main line drain from house to connection. We found them straight-forward, efficient, and cleaned everything up after completing the job. Their bid was one of best, too. They were recommended by our neighbor/friend who is a realtor. Would definitely recommend!

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Evan is amazing and we highly recommend his company. He was incredibly responsive and helped us when our water heater had a major leak. He was able to find a water heater to replace within days despite it being a challenging one, and throughout it all was very knowledgeable and educated us on proper maintenance. You can tell he takes pride in his work. His pricing was very competitive compared to other quote we received.

Ed and his team are honest, on-time and perform quality work. They went above and beyond, they beat the competition by a mile, and I highly recommend them.

David is incredible! I was in a pinch. I had an issue with my home sewer line which was causing an overflow through a drain in my laundry room. It was so bad that I couldn't use anything with a drain - showers, sinks, toilets, washing machine, and dishwasher. I had another company scheduled to come out on Friday afternoon but they cancelled at the last minute and wouldn't come out until Monday. Ugh! Out of desperation, I called David and he said he'd be out on Saturday by noon. He was true to his word and showed up before 11 am. He quickly accessed the issue and got to work. He discovered that I had a very bad clog in the sewer line just downstream from my house. It took some effort, but he got it cleared. I was so relieved! After clearing the clog, he scoped the entire line all the way out to the city sewer line and let me watch. He showed me that the line was still intact, but there is some erosion taking place and a couple of rough edges where sections of pipe are joined together.

As for the price, David was fully transparent and upfront. He has a very reasonable standard price and didn't charge extra for coming out on the weekend. As a matter of fact, he gave me a $50 discount because I'm a military veteran. Also, he sent an estimate for installation of a liner to protect the interior of the sewer line from further erosion. All around this was a great experience and David provided honest and top notch customer service. Kudos!

Done very dangerous work in our property, put the Water Lines in the Wood Floor Joists now weaken by the wholes, place on top and on side of the original Gas Ducts and Return Vents custom made locations , and placed a very unbecoming looking line (out/in side) in the Living Room. To date for weeks has continue to cause STOP work us from continue repair/replace damage to our fire/smoke out unit, to get our Gas Furnace, Ducts/Return Vents, Drop Ceiling, Electrical and Lighting system install by other businesses, can not work. We have made many contacts in person, text. emails, calls and correct the water lines work still not done..

This is the second time I have used this company I love the quick service. Erin was a true professional replaced my electrical panel in one day.
