Best Tub Shower in Seattle WA

Just a quick note to all looking for an honest plumber....STAY AWAY from Pioneer Plumbing. We had work completed by Pioneer on a renovation 2 years ago (in addition to a previous remodel on another home). A YEAR after the completion of the remodel, they sent my husband and I a bill for $2800. Seeing as how there was no way to verify what work was done or (even after asking numerous times for proof of additional work completed that we did not already pay for) we finally agreed to pay them half the amount of the bill in good faith since we were generally happy with their work and so that we could all end the relationship on a positive note. Since we never heard anything back, I assumed the matter was settled.

Fast forward to today, and I have a plumbing issue with the pipe they installed. I called the office and they are not willing to come back and work on their very own installation. They explained that they don't guarantee their work after a year anyways, and that they refuse to work with us anymore.

Save yourself from the frustration....and bills coming A YEAR after completion of a job. What a shame--thought I had found a good one :(. Terrible, short sided, customer service.

Within a few hours I had two guys out here to help me. I am totally clueless to all that kind of stuff. They didn't make me feel stupid at all. The were very friendly and helpful with helping me understand what they were doing and why. Now I have clean running water. Only 4/5 because it was a little pricey.

Great customer service and affordability. We had a minor issue with our toilet and rather than trying to upsell on a replacement or big repair Josh made some simple adjustments and quickly fixed the issue.

There are plenty of Bellevue plumbing companies, but only a few get to say they are the best Bellevue plumber around.. they earn that title!

I had hot water heater issues and was struggling to find a company that would keep their appointment. I called Mr Rooter and they said they would be out between noon and 4 same day. Perfect! But soon after I made that appointment they called and said someone in the area was freed up and could come right away. Even better! Diagnosis wasn’t ideal, but the change out was quick and I’m very much looking forward to hot water after two days without lol

Adam was detailed in the options I had for a new water heater. He also had a good idea for fixing the condensate outflow tube and pump which had been installed incorrectly by the former owner. He fixed my water pressure valve on the water intake. His apprentice Hugo was conscientious. Their work was exacting. They left my place cleaner than they found it. I will definitely be calling back and asking for Adam and Hugo.

After a pipe burst, I called Seatown without having ever used them. They were incredibly responsive, professional, on time, and friendly when they came to assess the damage.However, they cracked our ceiling and did not follow through with great work. We’ve complained, and now we’ll see if it gets fixed properly.UPDATE: They responded to our request to review the work that was done on our house and sent someone out within two days. This person updated the work appropriately. Thank you.

Mark did a great job, he was polite and on schedule and budget. Would recommend him to anyone who needs help!
