We had a double hit weekend with our AC during the PNW heatwave. Ian and Justin were able to swing by first thing on saturday morning after a friday at 4p call. The water pump needed replacing and Ian was able to do some electrical magic to get it working, though they were slightly incompatible. Our newer townhouse also had the unit installed with the pump backwards, so Ian did the work to get that flipped over so it was installed right.Later that day a FUSE blew on the main condensation roof unit and Ian and Justin were able to swing back by and get that fuse replaced. It turns out the rooftop unit didn't have any external fuses, which would prevent the ones on the main circuitboard from frying (see note about the newer townhouse not having it installed properly). So I got to see Ian and Justin one more time on monday morning as they finished this work.It cost a bit, but I also have no comparisons from other AC repair companies, but it's done (and done right!).

Main issue was resolved, but the plumber left a mess (see photo - white residue all over my floor and deck). Not a big deal on its own but I called and emailed the company 10 times over the past month to get a partial refund and have received no response. The hourly rate was quite high so I was expecting better service than what I’ve received.

I can't say enough positive things about these guys.. honest, dependable, talented people with lots of integrity. They removed and replace a section of sewer line that had settled and developed a low point. I also had them install a new main line sewer clean-out on the outside of our foundation wall. Their prices are fair and reasonable. This is team of awesome people.

This company does great, fast work. They were done with the whole repipe in about 5 hours and it looks like great work. After getting 4 bids they were also by far the most inexpensive. I would recomend there work to everyone.

Emergency adjustment on incoming line at the PRV. Got us to a place where we can schedule the larger work during normal business hours.

These guys were amazing. I had a plumbing emergency at my restaurant in the middle of our busiest weekend of the year. They came out late on a Friday night, fixed our problem, and were a pleasure to work with. I will be dropping my old plumber and using this company moving forward

Rick came out and did a free inspection on a storm drain plugging issue I've been dealing with. He explained how the drains worked and what could be causing the problem. He gave me several easy/cheap DIY options to try before doing a costly hydro jet procedure. Will definitely call back if I need to bring in the heavy guns on my issue! Thanks Rick!

We just used them to replace the main line drain from house to connection. We found them straight-forward, efficient, and cleaned everything up after completing the job. Their bid was one of best, too. They were recommended by our neighbor/friend who is a realtor. Would definitely recommend!

We hired them to fix our sewer when we moved into our new home. They did a great job with our sewer, so when we were ready to renovate most of our plumbing systems (move showers, sinks, and one toilet), we knew who to call. It was a big project and they were at our house for over five weeks. The work was completed timely, in a professional manner, and cheaper than other quotes we received. I am a general contractor working on remodel projects in the heart of Seattle. Raymark is my go-to company for side sewer work. They are honest guys who do great work. I have used them multiple times. On the most recent project Juan took apart a rockery to get to the side sewer and put it all back together like they were never there. As always coordinating the projects Tonja does a fantastic job.
