Best Sewer Camera Inspections in Seattle WA

Hired Seattle Plumbing last week for the first time ever needing emergency plumbing work. They were so amazing!

Folks, we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and Will from Pioneer Plumbing showed up early for our appointment to fix my kitchen sink. He was professional, efficient, and, most importantly, respectful of my request to maintain social distancing. He fixed the problem in one hour flat with a smile on his face. I highly recommend Pioneer Plumbing for reliable, quality work.

I’ve used them several times since moving to the area in 2015. They were highly recommended by a friend who is their customer. This time my sewer backed up, a pipe outside had broken. They repaired it and suggested installing a lining inside the pipe to the sewer line to prevent breaks from roots causing another blockage. They are doing that now. Their employees are always professional and very nice.

After making an appointment a week before hand, and given a 2 hour window to wait for plumber, the time came and went, and no one called to say they weren't coming. I called and was told that the plumber was not close to finishing his first job, so the estimated arrival time was unknown. I understand that jobs can take longer than expected, but what I didn't appreciate was not getting any sort of update or phone call ahead of time. If they know they are going to be late, do they expect their clients to just sit around all day and wait for them? Unacceptable, especially when people have jobs. A single phone call 1/2 into my window would have been the least they could do. I will not be using them again. have to go to work now. Can't wait 2 more hours. Boo

Perfect example of Unprofessional. Never showed for confirmed appointment - waited 1 hour, called, and texted with no response. I called Sewer Inspections NW today at 2 pm for a sewer scope, to be completed today in North Seattle. Joey called me back and said he could complete the sewer scope at 4:30 pm. I sent him the info he requested. He never showed up or returned texts or phone calls. He put my client in a tough spot and was completely unreliable for us.

We had a sewer back up emergency Richard was able to come access the situation and was very professional, highly recommend !!

Basement was flooded. Colin came over within half an hour of our call and sent a camera down the sewer line where he found it was not the cause. He came in, looked at the basement drainage and made several smart suggestions as to what I should do. His work was free! I can't speak highly enough of this business.

Anthony is the best in the west. Our team GetHappyatHome.com has used Anthony for sewer scopes for years now! He is quick, good at his job and reliable. He will work around are crazy schedules too as an added bonus. Great guy personally too. :-)

I have been a General Contractor for 27 years, we build homes and additions.... so I knew what was in for when the main sewer line at my own home clogged yet again, and had a feeling this time it needed to be replaced. I had put it off because I knew how long and deep it is and that it was going to be a major project. Paul came by, scoped the line and confirmed my suspicions.... what I didn't expect was what came next. I had done some prep work for them, but it was obvious immediately that his crew is experienced and professional. They used a technique called line bursting to run the new line, which meant instead of digging a long trench and destroying my wife's plantings, they dug one hole. It was amazing to witness. They started on Thursday morning, by Friday afternoon, they were cleaned up and out. Even the cleanup was spectacular. If you are reading this because you, right now, are where I was that day, please heed my advise as an industry professional and call them. You will be glad you did.

I couldn't recommend Simple Plumber highly enough! Joe was absolutely lovely and totally saved me from my plumbing disaster. Fast, friendly, excellent service!!

Evan was very knowledgeable, professional, and did a great job! He's done a couple jobs for us already including installing a new water heater. We'll definitely have him come back out to do any future work!

We used Leak Masters to find a leak in our basement slab. They showed up on time and promptly found our leak saving us time and money by not having to dig up our entire slab to find it. Kevin was clean, courteous, and even friendly to our dog.

Cesar reached out, apologized and rescheduled for another day. This time the team arrived and made a great job replacing the water line.

From the other reviews it seems that this company does a decent job.

However, in my case they didn't arrive at all.
Two days before the scheduled appointment, and a week after they provided me with the estimate and a start date, Cesar stopped replying to my emails, and they never arrived. Now I need to find another contractor, and a week was lost.

Responded quickly. Did a through and good job

Bryce showed up on time and was thorough in his approach and helped solve the issue

Our Seatown technician, Michael Perez, arrived on time and with appropriate notification. He was on point and professional through the entire visit. Michael was very informative through his diagnostic process and not only were we able to quickly determine the issue, but he provided information and education about the components he was inspecting and their function. This kind of experience with a service provider is invaluable as a homeowner and customer. Thank you Seatown, and thank you Michael.

Waterways is the only way to go when you need plumbing help! Not only are they great guys, they do great work at a great price! The crushed the other quotes we received, and were very responsive, informative, and helpful. Big shout out to Greg who really took the time to answer all my questions about the jobs we were getting done. I learned a lot about our new house! I really cannot say enough good things about this company. We will absolutely use them again. If you ever need plumbing or drain help, give Greg and Mike a call, and relax knowing you will be well taken care of!

Water heater stopped working late on a Friday - everybody was unavailable for weeks (if at all). Jafco was easy to contact and they were able to send David out the very next morning. Our window was between 10am and noon - he arrived a few minutes early. Very friendly, honest and showed me what he was looking at. After a bit of troubleshooting, he was able to solve the problem and showed me how I could look out for it if it happens in the future.
We have a bigger, unrelated (non-urgent) project we've been looking at and we'll be calling them once we're ready to move forward with it.

just talked to these guys. they wanted $79 just to show up. I asked if it would then go towards the job. Nope! I don't even know them or the price, why would I just give them $79? Hey said, dude it costs $100 for a piece of plywood. obviously we are not a good fit. good bye.
