Best Sewer Video Inspections in Seattle WA

I hired 2 Son's/Joe's Plumbing to rough in a new kitchen sink valve/drain, laundry valve/drain and relocate a hot water heater. All the new plumbing was done well, efficiently and at a fair price. The laundry valve was leaking after the installation but was not due to the work completed, rather the valve was faulty. I called that morning and they sent someone out same day free of charge to swap out valve systems. Everything working as intended. I'd like to thank Andy for great service!

He was professional, efficient, and, most importantly, respectful of my request to maintain social distancing. He fixed the problem in one hour flat with a smile on his face. I called Clearwater due to a very large water bill and receiving a notice from the city that I might have a leak. I determined the leak was outside of my home via instructions in brochure.

Initially, I had a plumber come to my house to get an estimate to fix it. He said I needed to have my whole water line replaced and gave me an estimate of $11,000. He did suggest that I call a leak detection service, but also said that would just cost me more money and they would say that the whole line needed to be replaced...

I am SO glad I called Clearwater. Simon was very helpful. He said I needed to do some investigative work before he could decide if he needed to come over. The first thing being to figure out what type of shut off valve I had at the meter.

While I was digging, water started to pour in. It was clear that the leak was right there. He advised me to call the city, since that is their part of the water pipe. City sent a crew to fix same day! Big thanks to Simon for his instructions over the phone and for saving me at least $11,000!

I hope I never need leak detection service again, but if I do, he will be my first call.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Evan was extremely professional and helpful when I recently had to replace a leaking hot water heater. He provided great information on options, and gave me detailed information ahead of time about costs and the process. When doing the install, he was very through and careful. I would definitely use his company again.

Not sure how this company is receiving the ratings it has. I called them out to give me an estimate on repairs to my side sewer, and they arrived in about 45 minutes. Rather than knock the door, or ring the doorbell, Ed announced his presence by shouting Get your arse out here! through my window -- not a great start. It got worse when he revealed that he was, in fact, DRUNK (homebrew cider from another customer in Ballard, apparently). He then quoted me an outrageous figure for the repairs (four times what the sewer inspector had estimated), used some foul language, and made off-colour remarks about my wife, By that point I'd had enough and sent him packing. What an utter disgrace to his profession.
