We had multiple problems with our sewer line, and needed the professional plumber to take care of it for us. One of the technicians from Ridgid came the same day and he explained me what is going on and how they are going to look in sewer line with their camera.
They showed up next day early morning and were able to finish the job before noon. Very responsible and professional.

Raman and crew have resolved plumbing issues in my 115 year old home on at least three occasions. I've learned there's no need to get estimates from other companies, I trust them to do quality work at a fair price. I give them very high marks.

Great service, great price. They do one thing and they do it well - clear drains. Because they don't sell plumbing services, there is little risk of the dreaded upsell. I will use them again if I have occasion to do so.

I called Rob to come out and diagnose a clogged sewer line in my Seattle rental. It was a complicated and perpetual issue that needed colaboration with neighbors to replace a portion of line. Sewer Friendly did an amazing job, getting it unclogged for the tenants right away and started digging the very next day. At completion I have everything back to normal, site is clean and all cement is poured back.

Sewer Friendly finished when promised, for the quote they gave me. This is increasingly rare to have a company exceed expectations. Im so happy that I have an honest sewer company to pass onto my friends in the neighborhood.

I had Anthony do a sewer inspection on a property I was looking to buy. He was very prompt in responding form the start and arrived right on time for the appointment. He did a thorough search for a clean out or any way to access the sewage line on the property but it turned out there just was no access available. He was very professional about laying out his observations about the property from looking around and the issues/risks he could see. In the end he even declined to accept payment since he was not able to do the sewer inspection. I will definitely engage him again as I continue my house hunt and strongly recommend him to others looking for a sewer inspector.

Ryan and Ricky did everything possible to accommodate an urgent need to solve a problem before the pending delivery of a new appliance. I really appreciated that. I also showed them other plumbing needs I had , and was impressed by their ability to explain to me what the problem likely was and how they would solve it. I have confidence in them and their abilities and have scheduled another call for tomorrow to complete this work. Ryan said that the $65 fallout charge would cover the next call, so I did not have to pay that again. I recommend them without reservation.

Our water line runs from our water meter some 340 lineal feet from a street a block away to our house. It runs through a seismic and erosion hazard environmentally sensitive area on a steep hillside. It is a very challenging job. I called 4 contractors and Complete Trenchless , iNC. responded very quickly with site visit and firm bid. I had to call the other contractors to push for their bids but they either said it was too difficult a job or that they could not get to it because their subcontractors were booked up. Complete Trenchless did an excellent job and finished within 3 days. The owner and his son communicated with me well and kept me apprised of any issues. They do all work in-house—no subcontractors— and that saved time and money. They provided a 25-year warranty on their labor in addition to manufacturers’ warranties on the materials. The crew is very experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, hard-working, polite and personable. They did a similarly difficult job last year for one of my neighbors and my neighbor highly recommended them to me. I was so lucky to have Complete Trenchless , INC. put in my new water line and new irrigation faucets. I highly recommend them.

Good service with both technicians for 2 separate jobs although the price are little bit on the expensive side. You got what you pay for right 😘

Bruce Melton is a god send! Unmatched expertise and honest to goodness people with the highest integrity. Call Bruce when you have an issue. Don’t think twice! We had a sewer line issue, and lost use of our plumbing entirely. We had called a dozen plumbers to come take a look and had quotes ranging from $20-30k to fix the issue. All seemed to be going after the wrong problem. It just didn’t make sense to my me. Then I found Bruce. He came out walked me through a super detailed analysis of what could potentially be happening, and took me on a journey to validate or discard each hypothesis. He found the issue, worked tirelessly to fix it and we’ve been golden since. He has over 30 years of experience (I think he really has 200yrs plus, to be honest) and will bend over backwards to resolve your issue. Hire him and you won’t regret if!

Bryce was very efficient and clear with us about all of our options for service. He explained the whole process very clearly and showed us exactly what was being done and the final result of his work. We were very satisfied.

I called these fine folk today (December 2nd, 2020) for an emergency leak find and repair and they were able to schedule and come out not even an hour later! Great speedy service there. The technician came out, and found that the fault was a broken faucet which needed replacement. Very professional. However, receiving the quote for repairs, I was quoted $850 for parts and labor for the replacement. Let that /sink/ in. Nothing else, just a faucet replacement. For almost a grand.

The work required is maybe 1 hour for a complete amateur like myself (my setup is fairly standard, pictures attached; I know this time cost because I did the original installation myself 3 years ago [probably why it broke in the first place lol]) and the raw material cost... man, I couldn't even find a faucet costing more than $350 at Lowes just now. I brought up the price of the replacement and referenced that my existing faucet cost $150, the technician said to me Well, maybe the cheap cost is why your [existing faucet] didn't last so long.

My dude. A) Rude AF. B) You're telling me your $500 installation fee is what'll make the faucet last longer? 👍 K. (Real talk, that's $100 per screw/washer/nut to install the faucet). Don't get me wrong. I totally understand area expertise and that there are years (maybe even decades) of experience behind that installation. But hot damn if you, with a straight face, can tell me that price tag is worth it for a basic replacement job like this.

Attached are images of the quote as well as what's under and over my sink right now for proof. I absolutely will not be using these guys again. A complete scam in terms of cost. Dang... Maybe Amazon has $850 faucets... Lemme go look there. It better come WiFi enabled though.

Update:
I installed the new faucet same day. Let me correct my time estimate -- It look 40 minutes, half of which was trying to find the channel locks from the garage. $250 for the faucet from Lowes (one of the much much much more expensive ones). Image attached of final look.
