DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. REPEAT..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Please make sure you compare price with other service providers before you decide to move forward with Beacon. They claim to operate at high expenses with high quality, but also at a high cost to customers. I got a standard replacement of tankless water heater at final charge of $8,231.30. Pictures of bill and devices are attached. Please think twice if you just need a regular service and you may find a much cheaper price somewhere else.After contacting Beacon's customer service line, I asked to be sent an itemized receipt in which they stated they are not a material company and couldn't provide this other than the invoice written up by the technician. Attached hand written invoice and clearly same type of water heater costs $1600 at home depo but Beacon charged me $5400.Please consider twice before you choose Beacon,which takes advantage of customers who need help and push to sell service not necessary needed. You will find tons of similar complaints from BBB regarding over-charge and push sell. Strong evidence indicates their practice fits the legal definition of price gouging in states where it is illegal. Washington State should investigate its licence.

I had 2 toilets that were needing to be installed. Will not only did not come out to do them, he additionally allowed a leak to persist. Do not use this company if you want reliable service & on the chance that you must, ensure Will is not your plumber unless you want bad service & a bad job.

Great service. I live in a condo so we had timed stop valve replacement requirements. All done along with disposal replacement.

Only minor issue with shoe skid marks all over linoleum bathroom floors.

Simon recently detected our heavy water leak in our driveway. He came out the same day I called, and easily detected with his professional equipment the exact location of the leak. He clearly marked the spot and it was in the exact location for the repair work to be done. We are very pleased with his professionalism and his friendly demeanor and customer service. He even went above and beyond and fixed a spigot so it would stop leaking. Highly recommend his services for water detection in and around the Seattle and North Seattle area.

AMAZING. Todd is very responsive, nice and fantastic at his job. He answered my call on a Saturday afternoon, and was able to schedule an appointment on Sunday morning. We had previously used a different company who had a very difficult time with the sewer scope and took quite awhile. Todd was able to complete the entire scope - including removing and putting the toilet back - within 30 minutes.

Do yourself a favor and don't bother with anyone else - Todd is the best around!

Akers exceeded my expectations on price, professionalism, and finished product. Their team replaced the waterline to my Seattle house with 1 copper, installed a new heavy duty shut off valve, and bolted everything to the concrete foundation. Looks great and works great. Would gladly hire again. My highest recommendation.

These guys are all business and know their drains! After a bad experience with Bob Oates overcharging and not getting the job done, I call Fritzs and they came out promptly and got the drain cleared within 20 minutes for a $100 less than BO. Super nice guys and I would highly recommend to everyone!

I called this plumber to have my drain cleaned and they did a great job. They removed the clog and explained everything they did, including what tools they used. They were polite, helpful, and completed the job in half the time expected! I would recommend them for drain cleaning services!

Rude and sloppy

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
