My exterior water line started leaking this morning at 8:30AM. It’s now 1:30PM and Dean already has the problem fixed!!! Dean was prompt, kind, clear about the issue and the repair method, and had the whole job done in 30 minutes. I was worried this issue was going to cost me a fortune on my water bill. In light of that, I’m happy to pay the cost to get it fixed quickly and professionally. Thank you guys!

I'd prefer to leave zero stars. We had our counters replaced and needed the plumbing under the sink reassembled. First, they charge you $99 ($108 after tax) just to make an estimate. The plumber who came out advised we needed to replace all hoses and piping, plus labor, wanted to charge us over $1,000 . . . to put a sink back together. We thanked them for their time, paid $108 as sent them on their way. Called Green Planet Plumbing out of West Seattle, they came over same day, told us that we didn't have to replace everything and got right to work. Final bill, $189.

I should have read the online reviews first, after getting our outrageous bid from PSP, only then did I check reviews. They average a solid 1*. Oversell and overcharge. Nice business model.

I would recommend Simon for everyone who needs water leak detection. Simon came over spent big efforts to identify where the line is, pinpoint the problems also gave professional recommendations. Living in an old house without precise knowledge of existing waterline structure, Simon was patiently navigating through the house step by step with thorough explanations. Truly pleasure to work with. Subject matter expertise in these areas.

Zoltan installed our dishwasher, cleaned the drain, and moved the plug. He did an amazing job. He was professional, clean and efficient. We definitely would rehire him.

Just found out about a leak we had going in our crawl space yesterday. Bought this house 6 months ago and was not prepared for a huge plumbing disaster. After calling around to multiple plumbers in the area, with no one available, Bobby returned my call and said he'd be right over to at least look at what the problem was and turn off my water main for me. As a new homeowner and someone who knows nothing about plumbing, the fact that he just came over to assess and reassure was huge. He told me exactly what we could do to speed the process along, and that he'd be back as soon as he was able to actually fix it for us. Within less than 24 hours he was back here, and completed the entire job in a short time, and at a reasonable price. But more importantly, we now have a plumber we can count on for any future problems that may arise. That peace of mind in an older house is worth every penny! We hired Drain Pro to do an entire re-pipe of a home built in 1949. They were extremely reliable and professional. I never had that frustration that comes with having contractors in your home. They explained how everything was going to work in detail, and then proceeded to do the job with no surprises or issues. They were jovial and friendly even though they had to spend a week working in what is probably the world's smallest crawlspace. The quote they gave me was more than half of what Southwest Plumbing gave when they were here to replace out water line. I'm very happy we chose to go with Drain Pro Plumbing, and I would definitely use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We identified an issue with our main water line on Saturday night. Called on Sunday AM, had Andy the owner over to have a look in Sunday afternoon, and scheduled work for Tuesday. They dealt with everything (city, etc), and work was completed as expected - on time and on budget. We had water that evening. Yard looked perfect. Great service from a family company. Highly recommended.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
I higher recommend Ryan for any of your plumbing needs.

They told us they will replace a part in our water heater, instead they replaced the whole unit with one in their own inventory charging us for double the price for the same unit in the market. They took our original unit with themselves and after we asked them to return it the day after, they said they have tossed it out! We emailed them and asked questions about the unit replacement without our consent, and they called my husband and threatened him of consequences! So in short, we got a fast service, but we paid double price, we lost our own unit (which only needed a part to come back to life), and we were threatened the same day for asking questions about their decision.
