Great plumbing service

I have used Beacon plumbing before at my place of business and had no issues until today. I have a leak coming from what I believe is from the boiler but not sure since I am not a maintenance person who specializes in plumbing stuff. I spoke to the Beacon plumber over the phone trying to answer his questions the best I could but again I'm not a plumber I don't know what am talking about that's why I need a plumber to come look at it to tell me what it is. He said if the company cant pay $18,000 to $20,000 upfront there is no need for him to come look at my boiler. I said well you don't know what it is since you haven't actual came to look at the boiler. Beacon plumber replies I don't need to come look since your business can't give us a $18,000 to $20,000 payment. Mind you the business has the money to pay but won't just cut them a check without Beacon coming out to the site to give a in person bid. I will not call BEACON EVER again.

Water heater was spitting out water, called, came same day and replaced it! They brought things up to code and it was all done quickly. Super professional, also helped with my sink. Joe was plumber who came and was great, and so was the person who answered the phone. 10/10 would recommend!

I had this company repipe my entire house. They were the on the higher end of 3 bids but provided drywall patch work. My pipes are fine, but the drywall was a mess. They left a mess everywhere, even under my toilet seat! I was told they would come back and clean up the mess and correct the drywall work. Unfortunatly, they did not follow through and have competely ghosted me :( Over all, not impressed.

We appreciated Jim Dandy's response to a blockage in our sewer . We called early afternoon and they were able to come around 7 PM in the evening. The technician was efficient and friendly. They unclogged the sewer in less than 30 mins. We were charged $1000 due to after hours service. We were followed up with a video inspection a couple days later and was told it would cost and additional $1000 to hydrojet the sewer and reduced to $600 after I suggested that cost seemed very high.

Jim Dandy's service was good and efficient. I would recommend others to call around and get quotes for addressing a sewer backup to save some money. We felt an urgency to the issue and wanted the backup addressed ASAP. Based on these costs, we sought out different companies for jetting and sewer repair services.

Had a shower that needed to be unclogged (something we have to do every few years). They charged me $488 for a 10 min job which I had to pay because I was in a hurry. That's simply ridiculous and highway robbery. I will say that the guys who did the work were nice and professional. I've used this company in the past but will never use them again. Totally unethical prices.

I recently had repipe done by Nick’s team. Overall he did a good job. They finished the job in one day. There were a few things left behind. When I contacted Nick, he took responsibilities and came back to take care of things right away. He seems to hold himself to higher standards as compared with some other plumbers I worked with in the past. It is an expensive project and I hope it can last for decades. Nick also provides a warranty to his job.

I have used Clearwater twice at 2 different houses and I appreciate their knowledge and explanations of what they find so even I can understand. I'll use the word quirky to describe my current water system, and Simon handled it all with calm knowledge and professionalism. I'm starting to understand the difficulties (I'm being polite) in this type of work, and I found Clearwater's pricing quite reasonable, all things considered.

We had an outdoor faucet that seized up and would not turn off, and the water continue to spray from the faucet.

We gave Zoltan a call and he said he could make it over asap. When he got here, he quickly assessed what needed to be done and gave an estimate. After we ok'ed the estimate, he got to work. In a short period of time, Zoltan had the faucet replaced and it was working flawlessly. He also deducted a little from the estimate because the job took less time than he thought it would.

It's great to have someone as honest, reliable, and knowledgeable as Zoltan. He is always who we call when needed!

Raman was very professional and worked quick to help me get a sewage pump unjammed at my house. The price was as stated and he showed up in the time window provided. I'd trust to use this company again for any additional needs they service.

After 9 years in San Francisco we moved back to our Fremont Seattle house and discovered the tenants did not really understand what a sump pump was and had unplugged it!!! I found Evan Conklin Plumbing on the web and Norm came out the same day. He replaced the pump, the clogged valve, the blocked sewage line and it was fixed in a few hours! After dealing with painters and flooring refinishers and movers I expected the worst but got the best when Norm showed up. Thank you Norm and thanks Evan Conklin plumbing for restoring my faith humanity.
