Our water heater decided to break on a Saturday morning. We called Beacon and Radonis came out to investigate. As suspected, we needed to replace our 11-year old water heater. Radonis was efficient, explained costs, provided good and helpful homeowner tips regarding water heaters and furnaces. The cost was a little bit of a surprise, but when you're not expecting to replace a water heater, any number seems high. I appreciate Beacon's availability on short notice on a weekend. And realize that whatever premium there might've been, was well worth it to be up and running (hot water) later that day.

We live in an old Craftsman house, which had a number of unique repairs made to it including the water pipes. In fact many of our water pipes were not water pipes. This meant that we didn't have adequate water pressure not to mention poor flow from the hot water heater. They gave us a great quote that included installing a new water heater, installing a new shower that we purchased, and repiping the house from the main to all of the faucets and water outlets. It was completed in a day and easy to arrange. We are very happy with the results. I would recommend them for repiping.

When my outdoor water spigot broke off, Zoltan came to the rescue! Zoltan was professional, responsive and arrived the same day to make the repairs. His prices are unbeatable and he is fully licensed, insured and bonded. Zoltan was able to make the repairs in under two hours and we had our water back on before it became a huge burden.

I got a two hour window, but a 30 minute curtesy call to let me know they were on their way which I really appreciated as I'm a mom of a young kid. Mac was friendly, quick, and efficient. If I have any more issues, these guys will be my first call!

I could have had them come out right away but it was Saturday and it costs extra. So I set up for Monday . They were very communicative and reminded me of my appointment and let me know when they were on the way.Tommy was very prompt and was very patient as I was trying to figure out how to pay for the job that needed to be done. We have used Ally for two different plumbing projects. The first was new plumbing routed for a new laundry room and they did such a good job (about 1.5 years ago) that we knew we had to call them for a bid on our sewer cleanout and lining project.
When we called to get a bid on our sewer, they were able to schedule a free consult with project coordinator EJ for just a few days out and when we accepted the bid - they started the project the very next day! The team (Oscar, Jerry, and Tony) was quick, efficent, clean and quiet (my neighbors greatly appreciated this!). The project only took 1.5 days and we needed to wait an extra day for city sewer inspection, but they handled that as well. Oscar even re-set a small brick area at the base of my porch steps - the area actually looks better than when they started.
EJ was very communicative - I had his number to text him with any questions and he was quick to respond.
The end result was a completely lined sewer, two external cleanout locations, and a USB video to prove it. Thank you Ally Plumbing!
