Shelby at Fox Plumbing & Heating should have a cape! Like a super hero, he quickly assessed the problem with my broken furnance, made it a priority to get fixed before the Thanksgiving holiday and fixed it! Shelby was professional, super nice and provided me the confidence to make the decisions I needed for repair. I now have heat and am so thankful to Shelby and Fox Plumbing & Heating for making that happen.

We were having our shower tiled. The installer couldn't remove the faucet control knob and had to cut it off. Since we were working with a deadline, we needed to have new tub/shower trim installed by the next day. After making several calls, we decided to have Gene Johnson do the install. They were able to have a plumber at our house by 6 that evening. In fact, he was early. He took care of the installation and even corrected some mistakes that had been made with the original installation. He was very curtious and worked quickly and quietly. The plumbing looked much better than the old work. A day or so later I was installing the chrome trim. I was concerned about a gap between the spout and the wall. He came back that evening, installed the trim and even chalked around the spout and water control lever and shower head. That saved me time.

I have to work from home, therefore I am quite busy and only have a small amount of time to deal with things. When my garbage disposal broke, I phoned a local plumber who was able to come out the same day and fix it quickly. They perform a great job and even fixed my garbage disposal for a reasonable fee!

Best company ever to work for and company wise ......

Kerry was very nice ! Funny and helpful. The follow up was very challenging. I wanted to order a vanity and called 4 times, was told I would get an email from Kerry twice, asked if I wanted to pay (when I hadn’t even ordered yet) and overall will likely not use best plumbing in the future.

This review is for the parking lot - it's a nice overview to watch birds in the wetlands. It would be nice if McKinstry built a sidewalk behind their building so we don't feel like trespassers when we're trying to get closer to the birds.

Had a water leak on our two stage gas furnace. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided by 2 Sons Plumbing. Scheduling was a breeze over the phone. A couple days later, an earlier appointment opened up and I was called to see if I was interested… I said yes and the reschedule worked perfectly.

The day of the service, 2 Sons kept me apprised via text messages where within the given time window the technician was likely to show up. Then 30mins before, I received another text with the name and picture of the technician. That made the subsequent interaction so much more personal.

Our tech Josh was great. After initial diagnostics, he took his time to explain the issue and suggested remedies. It turned out we needed a special part that was backordered, so Josh did a temporary fix (which held up well) and promised a follow up in a few weeks. Fast forward, and 2 Sons reached out that the parts arrived and were suggesting a time slot. Josh showed up again and completed the job.

Overall, to me, this experience was the definition of outstanding customer service. I felt in good hands from the beginning to the end.

I will definitely call 2 Sons Plumbing for any future needs.

I am Wowed. I called and less than two hours later I had a brand new hot water heater installed. They even helped me clean up all the dank water that had flooded the area. Excellent communication by texting and on the phone. Truly professional and sweet hearts to boot. I spent the first half of the morning waiting for three other company's to call me back. Don't make my mistake! Call Two Brothers Water Heater Repair FIRST!

Bill was excellent in helping get a team dispatched after hours on a weekend to fix a backed up bathtub when I had family in town for Mother's Day. Deontae and Storm came out and quickly took a look at it and were able to get us set up in no time. Great value, super responsive, and I don't have to put my family up in a hotel for the weekend (although actually that might be a con... 🤔) Five stars all around, great job y'all. I know who I'll be calling next time I have an emergency.

Super glad I called Ridgid Plumbing today. We had a hot water leak under the house. Armin came out and knew exactly what to do each time a curve ball was thrown his way, due to some access issues. Can't recommend this firm enough!

Repipe Specialists was the best choice to repipe our home. They were almost half the price of a local plummer and did the job in just one day. Now our house has high water pressure with new PEX pipes. These new pipes will last the life time of our house and now we don't have to worry about clogged pipes or pipes ever leaking. To see the inside of our old galvanized pipes was quite the sight that no one should see. It was full of rust and gunk. If you need to repipe your house Repipe Specialist is the company for you!

I spoke with a person Eric, he was very courteous , sent a service professional Frank..immediately, the person did fix the pipe quickly and made sure the pipe leakage is fixed.
I am happy with their service and how quickly they addressed my issue ..
However the charges was close to $300. It could have been a bit cheaper for a small pipe repair/fixing issue ..

Very rude over the phone.
