Helpful and professional staff. Good selection of quality fixtures to actually touch and try out. I'm updating a faucet and sink I'll use multiple times a day for the next 25 years and I just couldn't find anything I liked at the box stores. I walked in, got helped immediately, and got a selection of excellent quality stuff to choose from in about 10 minutes. They have extremely high end stuff but also really good stuff that is reasonably priced compared to the low end junk I found at box stores and on mass retail websites.

We had a leak emergency and 2 Sons Plumbing contacted us very quickly and had someone out to help within the hour. Steven was our technician and he did a wonderful job. Would definitely use them again.

Had a great experience with Two Brothers this week! Chris helped us decide whether to replace our very old water heater with a traditional tank heater or a tankless water heater, and he advised us to go with a traditional heater (the less expensive option) based on our particular circumstances. We needed a replacement urgently because our old heater had started slowly leaking, and while they couldn't make it out that day because they were booked up (I told them it wasn't a true emergency because we were fine going without hot water for a day), they were exactly on time the next day. Chris and an assistant got the new heater into our house (up a flight of stairs from street level and then down a flight of stairs into our basement), installed, and the old one out in under 45 minutes. I didn't bother comparison shopping given the urgency and Two Brothers' great reviews, so I can't speak to that, but the price he charged us seemed reasonable, and the final cost was exactly what he quoted me plus tax. Plus, they installed an small expansion tank that we had previously been lacking (and explained why that would prolong the life of the water heater) for no additional cost! I'm very pleased with their service.

2 different plumbers from South West Plumbing came out and gave us a really high quote for a leaking bath tub faucet. We scheduled an appointment for today, since they didn't have the parts in their truck to fix the leak last night. And they cancelled our appointment even after they called and said a technician was 30 minutes away for our scheduled appointment, and even though they were aware we had to stop our water line because of the pretty bad leak that needed to be fixed. Right after South West Plumbing cancelled, we called Beacon Plumbing, and they sent someone over within an hour. Craig was the person who helped us, and he helped us discover that the high quote that Southwest Plumbing gave us was for what ended up being a relatively quick fix by Beacon Plumbing. And he didn't have to cut in through the back of our wall like we had been previously told by South West Plumbing. Craig quoted us much lower for the relatively quick fix, and he fixed the issue promptly and competently. We were told by Beacon Plumbing that they keep their trucks fully stocked with parts, so it wasn't an issue of them not having what was apparently a very common part. Craig was really nice and easy to work with. My husband is really big about customer service, and he was impressed with the customer service we received from Craig/Beacon Plumbing. From now on, we will be using Beacon Plumbing for our home plumbing needs. Thank you for your great service! Job number: 193753

With $394.44 per hour rate for a simple toilet repair job and $25 part, I was shocked. Lowe's gave an estimating to install a brand toilet that will cost around $500 - $600. I'm not sure, I will never call Roto-Rooter again.

We were extremely satisfied with our experience with Arash. He responded immediately, we set up an appointment for some bathroom plumbing repairs and he did a great job. He’s definitely our “go-to” plumber in the future!

Actually I called them because my toilet was not working. My toilet was old and I asked if they could put in a new toilet. They said “yes” and went to the store to get one. When they finished the took the old one away and there was no mess.

One of the guys was in training. They were both very nice.
