Great Service.I called fox to come out and give me a quote to move 2 gas lines for fireplaces. Rick came out a few days later and was able to quote and do the work that morning.Rick was great, professional, polite, and explained what he was doing along the way since i was curious.Will give them a call next time we need a plumbing service.

15 year old hot water heater finally gave out overnight and leaked all over the garage. Called GJ at 7am hoping to find a tech and a replacement for the same day. They had Nate at my house by 9am and he had to run around a bit to find a 50 gallon, gas replacement but he got the job done in a couple of hours. He was fast, friendly, efficient and an all-around pleasant guy.

The plumbing service I used was fantastic. The plumber was prompt, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue with my plumbing system effectively. I appreciate their attention to detail and prompt service.

Kerry was very nice ! Funny and helpful. The follow up was very challenging. I wanted to order a vanity and called 4 times, was told I would get an email from Kerry twice, asked if I wanted to pay (when I hadn’t even ordered yet) and overall will likely not use best plumbing in the future.

I've been working here for about 4 years. Great employees, a great company to work for, and even better views of the Columbia Slough Wetlands area.

They installed a Kohler retro repair kit when no one else would tackle it

2 brothers did a fantastic job on my rental house. I'll definitely use them again and be referring them to others as well. They worked fast , efficient and did a great job.

My sewer pipe had to be replaced. Beacon's quotation was double than other two companies' offers, I finally completed my project with a reasonable cost. Be cautious when contacting plumbing company and making decision.

I've had ECS do several jobs for me and they are always timely and fairly priced. I highly recommend using Wayne and his crew.

Pioneer has done a great job servicing my business. They respond quickly, do great work, and charge a fair price.

My previous feedback was taken off as it reflected on the reality. I felt their plumber was unnecessarily making up things and charges so I had them take a look at a perfectly working sink just to check the genuineness. As expected, he said he’d have to change the plumbing, cut something, remove something and add something. Long story short it’s a scam they charge you $75+taxes for visiting and looking at things from far off distance with a torch and they give you an unreasonable quote. Either you loose the 75+taxes or if you are ignorant you pay thousands unnecessarily. So against their ~$2000 quote (Plus more if the perfectly working sink had to be repaired) I got the relevant work done with better quality and more transparency @ $600. These guys reading my previous review did try to reach out to me again offering to visit again and promising to give me a better pricing which I declined. I am sorry but it’s a scam save your money and take your business elsewhere.

Professionalism was great and fee was competitive. I will hire these guys again!

Update: The number the you just gave me won't connect to anyone except the answering service. Not to mention, the sales rep won't return my calls. How about if you just call me?

1. EXTREME rip-off. Worth 5000 - 7000 dollars according to Google, but I paid over 15k for about 20 man-hours of work. That's $750 per hour. Then I found out, my remodeling contractor would have done it for 6k total.
2. LATE. The won't be able to come patch the walls for another 3 weeks. When they do, they won't paint.
3. UNRESPONSIVE. Once they have your money, they don't return your calls. The silence is deafening.

Jayson was awesome! He installed a new water heater, rerouted some piping, replaced our washer box, and replaced a leaky waste pipe. Would definitely recommend, we plan to work with them again next time we need plumbing work done!
