We had a leak from the upstairs bathroom that caused a drip into the downstairs. Fox arranged an afternoon appointment and called to ask to move it earlier! They sent Fate, who diagnosed the problem as a leaky toilet, explained it clearly, and fixed it quickly. Since it was an installation issue, he stayed to check the downstairs as well. He was very nice and was very careful with clean-up as well. Fox is the only plumbing company we’re going to use going forward.

Jesus and Alex came to repair a broken garbage disposal. They quickly assessed the problem and did a thorough and complete repair job on-site. Jesus provided great communication before and during the repair. Would definitely call again.

I called in for a diagnostic appointment with Nick from Repipe Masters. On the day of, he never showed up. I tried to call and he even hung up the phone. They know how hot the market is right now and would only go for the big job. Will not recommend for anyone!

Service was great and we were able to get service within 2 hours of calling them when all others were otherwise booked. Very professional and friendly. They were able to identify and fix the issue promptly.

My meter was running without apparently water usage. After contacting Clearwater Leak Detection, they were able to help me determining it was due to a toilet leak over TEXT. Good old fashioned customer service. I recently worked with Bobby at O'Neill. I needed the sewer at my rental poperty hydrojetted. After cancelling because of a sick colleague, he went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. He gave me his cell number, came early (outside of normal business hours), to accomodate my tenants, arrived early, was prepared, and got right down to business. Two thumbs up!

Everyone I dealt with was fantastic, friendly, concerned and knowledgeable. Technicians came out the same day, quickly identified my problem, took care of what could be done immediately, and offered me great advice that lead to clear lines, and a super cost effective resolution. The sink in my kitchen was broken. This plumber came out on short notice and solved the problem with complete confidence. They were efficient, reasonably priced, and conscientious in their work. Everything about it was above and beyond my wildest dreams.

I have used HD Partners and Bens Plumbing for years on my projects. I am a general contractor doing my own development work, high end remodel and multi family service work. They ALWAYS do top notch professional work, they come prepared to meet any task head on to get the work completed on schedule and in budget. I have never seen a change order from them unless the work ventured way out of scope and the change was agreed upon. All the staff under the HD Partners umbrella from scheduling to the technicians even their parts suppliers go above and beyond to make me shine for my customer base. For instance I called the office on a Friday 2:30 pm with a water main brake on a 24 unit building, by 4:00 I had trucks and plumbers on site assessing the work. I had locate there before 5:00 to find huge amounts of fiber optic and high tension lines over my 2” main. The HD team did not leave my site and completed the work by 11:00 the next morning getting water back on for all the families in the building. There parts house even opened for them at 3:00am for the parts we needed. Pipe was 5 feet under grade and a huge tree on top of it as well. They pulled an all nighter with me and not one complaint from any of them standing in knee high mud five feet down in the trench. They always do what the say they would, always full on pros and they are just good people to boot. They are always my first call when I need anything plumbing.

We just used them to replace the main line drain from house to connection. We found them straight-forward, efficient, and cleaned everything up after completing the job. Their bid was one of best, too. They were recommended by our neighbor/friend who is a realtor. Would definitely recommend!

I was able to quickly schedule Joe to take a look at our dishwasher. Turns out it was a very minor/non-issue and they didn't charge me anything! This was very appreciated and we'll be coming back.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Called them after my original plumber fell through. They were able to come out same-day for a ~3 hr job and charged 1/3rd less than the other plumbers I had tried to use. Quick, professional straight-shooters, will call them first the next time I have a plumbing issue!

First, I will say that I can't recommend these guys enough. They worked fast, clean, and despite two giant holes dug in my yards, there is barely any evidence that they were there. Tarps put down for the excavated dirt protected our lawn and as a result, all the dirt ended up back in the hole. They also very carefully pulled up the grass in chunks and then put them back so you can't tell from the side that it was ever dug up. (And barely from the top!)

What made this even more amazing is that our contract clearly states that the property owner is responsible for any landscaping needed after the job is over. (This was noted in all four bids we got.) So I expected to have some work after it was done. Instead they did the work, had the line inspected by the city, put everything away, and I didn't have to do anything.

There were some items that made my situation a challenge and I was honestly expecting this to be a painful process. My neighbor and I share a sewer line put in in 1958. I had been putting off the job because of the expense, but my neighbor wanted to go ahead and was willing to do a bunch of the leg work getting quotes. Aces Four's quote was the lowest bid by just a bit, pretty much in line with the two other companies we liked.

Also, the side yard where the sewer line comes out of the house was only accessible by some very old (and not very sturdy) stairs and a gate in a chain link fence. Landscaping (rock walls and trees) made going up any other way not a very easy option. A small excavator was brought in and, with my deteriorating steps protected, they rolled it up into the side lawn with zero damage or evidence they were there. All of the other companies I talked to expected to either dig by hand (more expensive) or have to pull out my fence and trees to get up there with a machine.

Every member of the Aces Four team was professional and courteous and endlessly patient with questions. I would recommend them without reservation.

I had Ryan plumb for a new tub, shower, and bathroom sink. He also installed a new toilet. Ryan always showed up when he said he would, was very good at communicating, very respectful of my home, and is HONEST. His installation was professionally done, and he cleaned up after each visit.
Ryan also installed a recirculation pump which produces instant hot water to the bathrooms that are located on the opposite side of the house where the hot water tank sits. This now saves us several gallons of water each time we turn on a faucet instead of waiting for the hot water to arrive.
