Way over-priced (more than double)

Ryan and Henry came today and replaced a broken drain for me. They were great, on time, professional, and friendly. Got it done in less than 20 minutes, I think. Drain works even better than before.

Well it was the unfair price i had to pay for a 45 minute repair, 750 dollars plus tax. I seems that the Steve can just make up any price he wants for a repair. Make sure that you ask what it cost before they come out. I am 76 years old and I do not have a lot of money. I had a leaky pipe and I needed it repaired that day. So be careful when dealing with this company.

Andy located my water line leak for me. He was super nice, professional, and honest. He even let me listen to through the headphones so I understood exactly what he was hearing and how he was detecting the leak location. He made helpful recommendations for how to proceed with my unusual repair. I would definitely recommend Akers for plumbing issues.

I experienced an emergency when my sump pump stopped working and overflowed (slightly, not horrible) on a Saturday. Fortunately, my girlfriend told me about O'Neill; she had an excellent experience with O'Neill previously, so I called them. They called me back in 5 minutes (this is on a Saturday, mind you), scheduled a plumber to come out right away. Not only did the plumber - Mike Kerr - call me to say, I'm on my way, but he also asked me some great questions - as a result, he was totally prepared for action when he arrived. He completed the job professionally and kept me informed. He wrapped up everything nicely and explained the charges well. I highly recommend O'Neill; from the first contact to payment receipt, they were great.

I am a contractor....both build and remodel...I have 15yrs in the trades. These guys are good. Had Jason and Adam on site and they took care of a challenging job. 14' deep hole, drain lining and a connection. They kept our neighbours happy during some heavy work....Thanks guys

Basement was flooded. Colin came over within half an hour of our call and sent a camera down the sewer line where he found it was not the cause. He came in, looked at the basement drainage and made several smart suggestions as to what I should do. His work was free! I can't speak highly enough of this business.

We had a sewer line backed up and it was broken in places. Budget repaired the breaks and re-lined our pipes all the way down to the main line. Their verbal bid came in a bit below the other two bids, and after speaking with my wife and neighbor we went with Budget on basically a handshake. The work and service and clean up were top dollar. Very refreshing to do business with a family business that's all business and completely reliable. I'm very pleased and when my next plumbing project comes up, I know I'll be back. They patched my cement perfectly and filled the 2 holes in the yard and replaced the sod perfectly. My driveway is cleaner than before, or we'd not even know they had been there! Rick came up with a novel solution to my friend's ponding problem. He suggested a concrete cutter could do it for under $400.00 and he would waive his overhead. Regardless, he called the cutter to make sure of the cut. Ingenious solution to an otherwise expensive problem. I'm writing to thank him as the alternative involved me doing a lot of digging!

Let's start by saying sewer replacement is an expensive endeavor. However when you spend that money you want the best work at a competitive price and Cesar and his team deliver. They had too dig down roughly 10 feet, fix a collapsed portion of pipe, clean roots from my very old line then do the lining. Both my neighbor who's yard was needed for the dirt and the city inspector were also very happy with the work. I will 100% recommended them to anyone who needs this done. Thank you Cesar and please say thank you to your teams, who are very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Everything from start to finish, including clean up, was excellent.

Ed and his crew are prompt, professional, and their workmanship is top notch. Add to that an easy-going demeanor, *extremely* competitive pricing, attention to detail (and landscaping) and this is definitely the crew to have do your sewer repair work.

We experienced a sewer pipe collapse the day after Thanksgiving, and we called Northwest Sewer for emergency services around 5 pm. Ed arrived in 30 minutes (30 minutes! on a holiday weekend!) to scope out the line, diagnose the problem, and present us with our options. We opted for a trenchless sewer line replacement, which only required three small holes in our yard and will last for decades. Ed came back with his crew on the next day (a Saturday) to start digging, jet out what could be salvaged of the existing line, and hook up a temporary sewer connection for us. From that point on, it was about a week until the work was completed (including some surprise degradation in other portions of the sewer line that couldn't be seen before holes were dug). We were never without a working sewer line connection for more than a few hours while Ed and his crew worked the job. They were sure to leave us with a fully-functional sewer every evening before they left

Once finished with the installation of the new lines, Ed and his crew meticulously put back together the three small areas they disturbed during the process - including a retaining wall with some sizable stones. We now have a sewer line that will last us for decades (as in 5-6 decades!), and a yard that looks exactly like it did before any work was done.

If I could give six stars to Ed and Northwest Sewer Repair, I wouldn't hesitate. I'm certainly telling all my friends to give Ed a call if they ever need sewer work done.

We had a sewer line back up. Several other companies told us it was a collapsed pipe that would require trenching right by our busy street and a utility pole. Some companies even told us they couldn't do it.

David came out right away to look at our line. Once he had a camera in the line, he determined it likely wasn't a collapsed pipe. Based on how he analyzed our problem, we could tell he was really thinking through how everything works.

Best part: he was able to start the next day!

We ended up trenching and replacing a portion of our line that was bellying and shooting a liner to where we needed it.

Everything was put back the way we asked, and we are so happy to be able to use our sewer line again!

These guys are great! They are super communicative so you know where they are and when they will be there so you aren't sitting around waiting. The work they do is top notch. Definitely aren't there to get as much money out of you as possible...they want to do good work. I also love how good they are about cleaning up and being respectful of the house. I can't say enough good things! The only plumbers we will use.
