Had a long-standing issue with our sinks that we thought was going to be a real nightmare. Plumber gave it a look, came back in a week with the proper tools, and took care of things in under a few hours at a very reasonable price. Great service!

Today we called Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating and asked for a plumber and Steve was here within a few minutes.
Upon arrival he immediately assessed the 2 different drain issues we had; a clogged drain in the bathroom and an old copper drain pipe from the kitchen sink and dishwasher that had split open. He also addressed corroded piping to a outside hose bib that needed repair. He gave us a fair estimate, had all the necessary parts on his truck and completed all 3 jobs in a few short hours.
This guy is truly into his game, knows what he's doing, is fast, courteous, has a great sense of humor and very respectful, not only to us, but our home and our pets; but also to Tyler, his apprentice. Together they make a great team!
I am a retired home remodel carpenter and have worked in the past with many plumbers, and I have to say that Steve is the cream of the crop.
Watching him work was amazing!
All in all he is very good person and we highly recommend him. Next time, we know who to call and we will ask for Steve.

A company is mostly based off of the personnel customers are in contact with, i.e. customer service. Maybe this is a good company but I wouldn't give them my business based on the horrible customer service I was given via telephone when calling about some inquiries. The gal nearly hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

I experienced an emergency when my sump pump stopped working and overflowed (slightly, not horrible) on a Saturday. Fortunately, my girlfriend told me about O'Neill; she had an excellent experience with O'Neill previously, so I called them. They called me back in 5 minutes (this is on a Saturday, mind you), scheduled a plumber to come out right away. Not only did the plumber - Mike Kerr - call me to say, I'm on my way, but he also asked me some great questions - as a result, he was totally prepared for action when he arrived. He completed the job professionally and kept me informed. He wrapped up everything nicely and explained the charges well. I highly recommend O'Neill; from the first contact to payment receipt, they were great.

They did a great job. They were on time, and the work was very well done. Tyler and Brian the two individuals I was working with explained everything that was happening and presented different options even when we found another issue with our sewer line. Overall I can not recommend them enough.

My wife and I recently found a big issue with our sewer line and contacted multiple companies about fixing the problem. Dirt Cheap was the only company that focused on understanding the cause of the problem and coming up with a reliable, economical solution; every other company recommended digging up the street would would have cost too much. Collin made sure that we got the problem fixed at the price we agreed on and in the timeframe he promised. He is reliable and sticks to his word.
We got the privilege or working with Angel and his crew, who were determined to get the issue fixed with a cost-effective method, despite running into a few setbacks. They were able to fully fix the problem and did not increase the price on us. We are grateful for their amazing work.
We strongly recommend working with Dirt Cheap.

Budget sewer did an excellent job for us. They have all the necessary equipment, experience and ability to take on the work. They work quickly and efficiently, almost making it look too easy. The City inspection was passed with no problems. The damage to the driveway, the deck and the shrubbery was minimal, saving me thousands in repairs. A competitor head wanted to tear up everything but Budget Sewer did minimal damage at a lower cost!

My name is Joseph Marcos owner of Amari Construction and this is the first review I wrote for a fellow contractor. I have worked with Aces Four for years and they always amaze me we are both family businesses just trying to do our part. I can always count on Rick jr, Alex, Oksana and Ilia. Trust me we (local contractors) are word of mouth and with people like us you will get quality and value! That's why I took the time to write this

Great plumbing work, Terrible customer service. Workers did a fabulous job. They do not return emails or phone calls. Work was completed 2 months ago and they still have not gotten back to me on an inspection. I don't even see they got a permit with the city. Very disappointed. My driveway is still torn up.

Working with Contractors for a living, I would like to share a recent experience I had replacing our Seattle side sewer. Earlier this year, we had a flow issue that required inspection and cleaning of our 90 year old line. Unfortunately, the inspection identified numerous locations in the pipe that were broken and posed risk of failure. With the line cleaned and the problems identified, I went to work to find a qualified Contractor and a fair price. I contacted multiple local Contractors and experienced a variety of approaches.
First there was the 'bait-and-switch, I had a detailed conversation outlining the project, lengths/depths/etc. all information from the cleaning/inspection. Based on the information I received a verbal estimate, but Let me swing by in a few days to confirm the price, and without explanation the price went up (+20%).
With the next Contractor I spoke to I experienced, take it or leave it, I said Wallingford, side-sewer replacement, and was told the price. As my project had relatively good access/work areas, I did not feel comfortable with an average price that too seem high (+10%).
Lastly, I called Ed at NWSR, he answered, I explained the job, he gave me a price over the phone, the same price the first Contractor started with. Additional, Ed replaced more line than we discussed and did not ask for more $, all he said was, When we got down there it did not look great, so we replaced it.
I could not be happier with the service and total experience I received from Ed and Northwest Sewer Repair. Also, if sewer work gets slow, NWSR can go into the landscaping business, they restored our rock wall and mature plants/landscaping back in better shape than it was before they started. Thank you Ed, you made a painful experience as enjoyable as possible.

I was having a problem with my sewer line and gave Sewer Solutions a call. They came out and gave me a reasonable estimate. They were able to repair my sewer line problem a few days later. I am very satisfied with Sewer Solutions and the work they did. If I ever need any work done in the future I will definitely call them again. Thank you Sewer Solutions!

I had a power wash and liner installed in my sewer line. It backed up every year and this time I finally got a reasonable bid for the liner. Now I don't have to worry about those pesky tree roots anymore. I don't usually leave reviews but everything went so well I want to let others know that this is a great company.
