My main sewer line backed up in the basement, unable to use my kitchen or bathrooms, I searched for someone who could come as soon as possible. I called RotoRooter on the recommendation of my regular plumber who does not do drain clearing work. Once I spoke to a representative, a plumber was at my house within 2 hours with no additional fees for expedited servie. Knowledgable and friendly plumbers solved my problem quickly, and explained it clearly to me.Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Joe the Plumber. He is the only plumber my husband and I trust with our 1941 home. He has saved us money when other companies tried to take advantage of us. Neither of us are handymen and we can depend on Joe.

SimplePlumbers was great. I called for an estimate to install a leaky kitchen faucet. Got a call back in 15min and a ball park cost, about how how they charge. Booked the install and Joe, came right on time. He took care of the faucet and tightened up a couple other things while he was under the sink. Also great conversation. All around great service. Definitely will call on them in the future.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

Excellent company! Plumbing appointment was confirmed with a text message and plumbers arrived promptly on time. They diagnosed and solved the problem within twenty minutes of arrrival and also took care of another problem for free while they were there. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend and use again.

Sean is an amazing plumber. I had a major leak in my dishwasher/garbage disposal hookup after a big box dishwasher installation. This made it impossible for me to use my kitchen sink. Sean was in the neighborhood and he stopped at my house within an hour to take a look at the problem. Sean has a lot of experience and he knew exactly what to do within minutes of looking at everything. He had the parts on hand to fix the issue and fixed the entire problem very quickly and at a great price. Everything is now working perfectly. He’s a super nice guy on top of being a great plumber. I definitely recommend Sean to anyone in need of a plumber!

From the start to the finish, I received very courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt service. Mike Merrell explained what needed to be done to fix the meter to house water leak. He gave me the estimate and told me the amount of time he expected to do the work. He was always very professional and focused on the work. He was also very personable, and I enjoyed getting to know him.Despite the difficulty of needing to dig with his shovel, he kept a positive attitude with me. He responded to the problem without getting angry or frustrated. He even said he would call in a few days to check on the work completed.He is a great asset to your team at Mr. Rooter. I would highly recommend this company, and if needed would call Mr. Rooter first because of caring workers like Mike.

Steve O. came out, after hours on a rainy Saturday night to our Floating Home community to clear a main-line clog - saving not one but 4 homes from what would have been a very long night (and probable following day) of no plumbing! It was a tough, very non-standard job just to get access to the line; even getting the snake into the line turned at 90* took many attempts but he stuck with it. We were very lucky to have him bring us back to civilization!

They were great through our sizing issue! Our dishwasher was too big for the hole so we had to reschedule them after the mods. They were patient with me, happy I went with them.

So far, great. Jose came and tried to fix our malfunctioning tankless water heater. He was prompt, polite, masked, and put on the booties to protect our floors and carpets. He took photos of the situation, researched some answers and options, and presented us with 4 different solutions to our problem. Very professional, seemed well educated in his subject. We chose one course of action and he will come back on Tuesday for the installation.

I had alarming brown stuff come up out of the shower drain. It smelled astoundingly bad so I called Bee's and Sam came out the next morning. Sam had come out some months ago to fix my kitchen faucet which has been working great ever since. This time, we couldn't recreate the occurrence (all brown stuff and smell was gone) so Sam didn't do anything and he didn't charge me. They fix stuff when it's needed and they don't fix stuff when it's not needed. In addition, this shower leaks into the garage and I had been avoiding getting anything done because it's expensive and I didn't have someone in mind. Sam gave me a referral so now I'll try moving forward on that project.
