Had an overall great experience working with Beacon. Their assessor showed up at the expected time and made the effort to assess the entire situation, asking thorough questions. Even while assessing the job, he gave suggestions and helped mitigate problems before ever signing up to anything. Those efforts helped prevent further damage to our house.During his assessment and bid preparation, he carefully laid out a manageable piece of work without overscoping the effort and set a reasonable time estimate for the labor. The bid was in line with other bids we received, but the extra effort during the assessment was what really stuck out.He promptly followed up the next day with a timely call checking on if we were interested in following through with the bid. Upon approval, he immediately set out to prepare operations. After getting started and despite having a few unexpected twists thrown his way (torrential rain and oversaturated terrain to say the least along with some extra drainage pipes showing up) he worked well past expected hours to ensure we had clean flowing water at the end of the day. On the second day (which was planned) they worked quickly and finished in a timely manner as predicted in the estimate. No extra charges, but LOTS of extra attention to particular customer wishes including little things like leaving some concrete to lay a slab that was not their responsibility.I'd be extremely happy to call Beacon again. They got us through a rough couple of days with nothing but grins and met promises. Never had to call a plumber before but now know who I will call if I need one.

Did quite a bit of work with both sewer and plumbing with these folks. They did a quality job and came back to fix the minor issue immediately. Couldn't ask for better!

Our family's experience with Repipe Masters was nothing short of exceptional. Nick and his crew were complete professionals from start to finish. Fair and reasonable bid, excellent communication throughout the installation process, and we were able to give input when appropriate. I wish I could hire Nick for all our home improvement needs! I can assure you, look no further for your plumbing and Re-piping needs.

Where do I start...I hired Clear water to locate a small leak between the meter and my house. Simon came out and found the spot for me. I told him I was going to dig it up and attempt the repair myself..Simon told me that after I could see the pipe to call him and he would either bring the parts I needed or fix it himself.
The leak was under a 3 ft tall landscape hill...I called 811 and they located my power, right next to the water (of course) so no machines could be used to dig...6 hrs of digging and I found the pipe had been encased in a large tree root over the years...I called Simon...He came out the next day, a Sunday on labor day weekend! 4 hrs of cutting away the root and he got the pipe fixed.
Simon did not charge me anymore than the standard hourly rate...No massive holiday rates...No taking advantage...Simon fixed the pipe because he would not quit when it seemed pointless...He save me thousands in not having to install a new service...Hire Simon and Clear Water leak detection he works hard and is honest!

The water in our shower/tub started having draining issues over the weekend. We did the usual things that had worked in the past but nothing worked this time. By Monday morning the tub was backing up when you ran water in one of the sinks and wouldn't drain. I called Drain Pro first thing in the morning and they scheduled a service call for early afternoon. He arrived and got right to work, but unfortunately he couldn't get it unclogged through the tub. He then decided to go up on the roof and go through vent, that did the trick! We were so happy that it was an easy fix and we didn't have to go to the sewer line. Our service provider was processional, friendly and expedient and the cost was very reasonable. We would definitely recommend Drain Pro to family and friends and will use again with any future plumbing issues.

Evan Conklin Plumbing and Heating is THE company to call for any type of hot water situation. I worked there as an apprentice about 4 years ago, and can attest to the integrity of the owner. Since then, I have started my own plumbing business, and have referred them for boiler repairs. Their man, Anthony, is a walking encyclopedia of boiler knowledge, and Evan knows everything there is to know about plumbing, heating, and nuclear reactors. I highly recommend them for plumbing and heating work.

Zach is always looking for the most reasonably priced solution for your electrical needs. A Seattle resident for many years, I highly recommend his work.

10/10 service all around. Installed a tankless water heater after we had ours go bust.

Value: Quote came in 40% cheaper than another major competitor in the West Seattle area for a top of the line 97% efficiency unit.

Responsive: Came same day (for free unlike 99% of the other plumbers) to give us a quote. Installed the unit NEXT DAY so we did not go too long without hot water.

Professional: Plumber (tre?) was a rockstar. He was communicative, efficient and overall great to work with.

I highly recommend them and they are my new go-to plumber in West Seattle moving forward!

We hired these guys to scope a sewer line. Unfortunately due to the old plumbing they couldn't get their camera down both the vent stack and the drain for one of the toilets. They re-installed the toilet and seal and didn't charge us for their time or trip out. Very fair company practice.

Excellent experience with Dirt Cheap's crew - they were thorough and knowledgeable about fixing the issues as complications arose.

We hired HD to help with some clogging/backflow issues with our sewer/drain line The front office was very helpful, informative, and friendly with Q&A and getting us scheduled at a convenient time Jerry (lead) and Nick (apprentice) showed up a few minutes early (!!) for a start of day appointment and were very considerate and patient with our questions throughout the process. They were also very transparent on what we could do on our own if we wanted to save some money for ongoing maintenance (or they also offered related services if we were interested). All in all, they were able to get our issue fixed, educate us on next steps for maintenance and come in UNDER estimate, not charging us for unique equipment they didn't end up using (even after they had it special delivered to our house).

All in all, the team was great an be will be getting plenty by of our (and our friends'/neighbor's) business in the future!

The worst experience I've ever had with a plumber. I had a leaking tub and sink. Wezee's plumbing sent two guys who lied about the cost of parts which I have since verified. They also created an issue with the pipes which resulted in a banging sound beneath the floor which I let them know was not happening before they arrived, There was just a simple leak. They charged me to repair it at a cost of over $600. They refused to itemize the receipt which I am still waiting for. They claimed that they have an account with the plumbing supply store and therefore could not provide a cost of parts. The receptionist, Jennifer was appalling and rude and refused to pass me to the manager. The payment is in dispute. These people are dishonest and awful.
