Awesome customer services from the initial call to the direct services (Carl) did an outstanding job!

We (me and my husband) called them twice. They never showed up nor gave a courtesy phone call or text message saying that they wouldn't show or reschedule.

Bob Thayer, owner, was able to fix a plumbing issue on my work van, Aussie Pet Mobile, in a matter of minutes. He did it after hours and was extremely reasonable. Genuinely nice guy who you can trust your plumbing projects with!

I love Joe the Plumber and recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing services in the Seattle area. Joe has done a handful for projects for me and has always been great to work with and great at what he does. Joe has also been fabulous as a resource - recently I embarked on a small plumbing installation of my own and even then he reached out and answered questions for me and talked me through the procedure free of charge. We had a clogged shower drain that needed professional attention - this was not an easy fix and required opening walls. Josh and James located and fixed the issue quickly and easily. They were also very nice and explained to me exactly what was happening. It was such a great experience. We've also used Wezee's in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Excellent company! Plumbing appointment was confirmed with a text message and plumbers arrived promptly on time. They diagnosed and solved the problem within twenty minutes of arrrival and also took care of another problem for free while they were there. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend and use again.

I haven't even used them yet, but I was calling around multiple places to get info about approximate costs and scheduling for our issue. The person who answered the phone at Mike's was the only one who talked with me about the issue and wound up saying we're probably ok without service. That's a huge positive sign in my book, so we wound up chatting about some other possible projects as well. I'm looking forward to working with Mike's.

James and his assistant arrived promptly for the appointment, presented me with my options and then replaced my hot water heater on the spot. I had a new heater completely installed in less than 2 hours. They were efficient, polite and left everything clean and neat. I highly recommend Best Plumbing!

I don’t know where to start with this review in all honesty.

They displayed some of the most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever experienced. The man who came out to assess the issue made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He is not someone I want back in my home.

I don’t appreciate being a female alone in my house with an angry man who’s a stranger.

Upon arrival he was very agitated, angry, and rude. Things went downhill from there, as I had to interact with him more.

The issue that he needed to fix is some shelving had been put in the garage incorrectly. We have been meaning to remove it but haven’t yet. Well it turns out that the person who put in the shelving had put a nail throw a pipe and it’d finally rusted.

The house I live in is a rental. My landlord had told me he wanted the plumber to contact him directly before any repairs.
The plumber said he needed to call his company and asked me to call my landlord.

Instead I called my husband as he had spoken with the plumber and the landlord about this issue. As, originally, he was going to be home for the plumber but then couldn’t. My husband had confirmed the landlord had told the plumber to directly call him. I told the plumber this.

He yelled at me that he “already had and can’t wait around all day.”
Which is ridiculous because I had heard him on the phone with the company or someone beforehand so he could’ve only called maybe a minute prior. I know time is money but there is a professional way to handle things: 1. Don’t raise your voice 2. There are a million more professional ways to word that.

He then in an accusatory way asked “if I had put up the shelving”. His tone implying you idiot why’d you do this.

We did not put in the shelving and nor did my landlord.

My landlord then called the plumber. The plumber spoke to him in an aggressive, rude, belittling way. Almost as how a fed-up parent who isn’t great at parenting would talk to a child.

I could hear my landlords voice and it sounded calm the whole time.
The plumber also accused my landlord of the nail in the same disrespectful manner. Which I don’t really understand why he cares, maybe it makes him happy to shame other people for mistakes? Who knows? Again, it is fine to address the issue but be professional about it.

Anyway, the plumber and my landlord are on the phone. I can hear my landlord saying he is going to go with someone else for the job.

The plumber raises his voice saying “gooood luuuuuck finding anyone else.”

Which I don’t really get because there are a million plumbers out there but okay?

He then turns to me and all he says is “okay” angrily. Then he stormed off and sat in his van in my driveway for 10 minutes before leaving.

This is the 3rd time I've had the fine folks at Gene Johnson come out to do work at our house, but it's the first time where we had an urgent need. Overnight our 1950's bathtub faucet started leaking water at a rate of 10 gallons/hour, so I called Gene Johnson first thing this morning.They sent Roderick over right away, and he even arrived 30 minutes early! He got right to work, presented us with a couple options at varying budget levels, and promptly resolved the issue. I'm very impressed. Roderick did a fantastic job, and even took about 30 minutes extra to educate me about what went wrong, and what needed to be replaced. He also took extra time to look at a few other plumbing projects that I had around the house, and provided advice and answers to all of my questions. We'll certainly be requesting Roderick again!

Michael was our technician and he was hands down the best - a total professional, very knowledgeable, extremely skilled and you can tell he takes pride in his work. He really took his time to properly diagnose, properly fix, properly explain the ins and outs to us. He was super patient and friendly and we feel so lucky to have had him as our technician.We were delighted that Seatown was able to get us an appointment so quickly, especially since our AC went down during a heatwave. 🙄 We totally recommend and will definitely be coming back!
