We had to have some work done on our home. The technician Steve D. and his helper were great! Very friendly and professional. Thank you Steve for doing such a great job!

Bobby came out to my house after hours to inspect a possible leak and quickly found a hole in a pipe where we had some work being done. He replaced the pipe and cleared the lines. He did all of this in about 1.5 hours. He provided feedback on other items that could be issues down the road (we have original galvanized steel pipes) and recommended the most cost efficient solutions. He totally saved us! I highly recommend Bobby when it comes to your plumbing needs. Total life savior !!!

The plumber came right on time, was professional and friendly, got the work done and cleaned up. He was in and out of the house in an hour. Told me to let him know if there were any problems. I was amazed -- even moreso when I saw the bill. A fair price for excellent work. Love these people.

Determined to do this on my own, I rented a 25 ft snake and used Drano etc. After 2 weeks it was time to call a plumber. Typical guy I guess. But I was concerned about who to call. I had heard bad stories and wanted to chose the right company. After posting requests for referrals on West Bellevue and Medina FB site, and shockingly receiving NO referrals I texted builder friends of mine. They too wanted to find a good plumber feeling others were not honest. Finally a prominent Realtor in the area whom I trust sent me a referral, Rudy's Plumbing. Curtis and Ryan did a GREAT job. They took the time to do it right and didn't cost anything extra. These old pipes were draining slow even after being cleared. I wondered why my dishwasher didn't clean well. The pipes didn't drain quick was why. Well that extra work did it. Water runs GREAT and dishes are better as well. Finally an honest plumber, Now to find a honest Lawyer :)

FOUR STARS DUE TO SCHEDULING TROUBLES. My appointment window was from 1:30 p.m.-5 p.m. The rep said they would call me when they were enroute, so when I hadn't heard from Mr. Rooter by 3 p.m., I called to confirm that someone was coming (this seemed prudent prior to driving the 30 min. to the property with my two small kids in tow). I was assured we were still on for the repair, but when I got to the property, I received a call saying they couldnt get a tech out there afterall. Luckily they were able to turn the situation around after I expressed my disappointment. After a work around on their end, they were able to honor the appointment day and time window. Upon arrival, Daniel and his trainee worked tirelessly to find a solution to our tricky plumbing issue. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to turn what could have been a below average experience into a really good one.

Steve did a great job fixing my toilet. Very speedy and efficient. He could have done a better job of cleaning up when done, but the repair was great.

Very fast and efficient service, was glad to be able to have them come over to check out my water heater the same day I called, and it was fixed the following week. Super polite nd courteous!!

Fantastic Service!

Called at 8am and they had someone out by 1pm. Their system is very good as you receive a profile of your plumber in advance and get to track them as they're on their way.The plumber followed covid precautions and was very nice and knowledgeable. He even described what he was doing and why as I watched. He also answered all my questions and gave me some plumbing 101 tips.Same day service was about standard ($300/hr after taxes to replace a fitting) but was worth it for the excellent customer service. I've used other emergency plumbing services in the past and so far this is the only one I'd recommend.

Beau and Daniel were polite and professional. There was very clear communication from the company about their arrival.We discussed options and prices and decided on replacing an old leaking toilet. This was not the only option given, but I opted for the more expensive replacement as this toilet had a few other issues. They had the replacement toilet in their truck! They were very efficient and left the whole area cleaner than they had arrived.After i inspected the work, they asked if they could help with anything else, and were on their way.Definitely will use these guys again 😊

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
