I had a flood in my condo on a holiday weekend and the Ballard Plumbing team was wonderfully responsive. Every other plumber I called had an automated phone tree in place, but a real person handled my call at Ballard Plumbing, quickly connected me to a plumber, and they were both patient and helpful through multiple follow-up calls, which made a tough experience much better.

Excellent company! Plumbing appointment was confirmed with a text message and plumbers arrived promptly on time. They diagnosed and solved the problem within twenty minutes of arrrival and also took care of another problem for free while they were there. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend and use again.

Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.

On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.

He is definitely at the top of my list for my next plumbing project.

Uriah was awesome as was Gene Johnson response time. I used their website and used their chat feature which gets you in touch with a rep who will contact the office if closed. They called me on Monday morning and were here by Tuesday morning. While the cost is pricy, we went with the best option. Uriah gave us 3 price choices to work from which was fantastic because there is no pressure for the best option that we chose. It could have been taken care of, basic, for $400. Sometimes you just have to bite-the-bullet if you can and we knew we needed to. On top of that he also did another repair, that has long been needed, and yes it upped our cost as well but again we could try to do it and not get it done as the best option. It was well worth it and Uriah and the office were great with customer service. We will definitely recommend and use again if needed.

So happy this company was referred by my local Moms group! This morning I woke up to a leak in my ceiling and panicked since it was Thanksgiving tomorrow.I didn’t think I would find anyone to help. After asking my mom friends, I was referred by about 5 moms to Bee’s Plumbing and Heating. I called and got Jillian on the phone around 7:15. She had the plumber to my house by 9. This is absolutely unbeatable service.When the plumber arrived to my West Seattle home, he crawled around to figure out where it was coming from and deterred the scope of the repair. He presented me with some options on the Ipad and was quickly able to proceed with the repair.They emailed an Invoice upon completion. I love how this company is so with the times and I love the fact they save paper!I can’t thank them enough for saving my thanksgiving!

Both Wahhab and his apprentice Freddy did superb job. I usually never write any reviews but had to leave reviews for these guys. These guys were professional and courteous from beginning to the end. Wahhab was very knowledgable and kindly answered all my questions. Both him and his apprentice Freddy double checked all their work to make sure everything was done right. Also their pricing was reasonable and was more budget friendly than local competitor.

PJ and the team came to the rescue for me. My home ran into a serious plumbing issue, with a sewer line that needed to be replaced. Our whole household was in emergency mode — we couldn't take a shower, flush, or even wash our hands normally.
