Spoke to Sarah and scheduled. She was great! Very helpful, gave us a time window for arrival and then called 30 min before Alex arrived to let us know he was on his way. Alex is professional, friendly and pretty much just amazing! Our problems were solved and drains clear within 3 hours of contacting them!! Will use again. Price was fair and less than I expected.

The owner came out himself to look at our water leak. He worked with our budget, gave us an estimate, and replaced our pressure reducing value right then. Happy to do business with him!

We are grateful for the recommendation we got to use Jim Dandy to address a serious sewer situation last month. Andrew and his crew responded very quickly, even on a weekend, to start work. What began as a routine drain cleaning soon led to the discovery of a completely collapsed sewer pipe, but Andrew kept us informed not only of the specifics of the problem and approach he would be taking, but the practical considerations for the home and potential payment options. This expression of care meant a lot to us as the financial impact of these repairs was significant, to say the least. They also recommended a cleanup and decontamination service that was equally responsive and professional. We won't hesitate to use Jim Dandy for services in the future!

Helped unclog our main line out from our house that our dishwasher and washing machine feed into. TJ did a great job of identifying where the clog was and fixing it for us.

After 9 years in San Francisco we moved back to our Fremont Seattle house and discovered the tenants did not really understand what a sump pump was and had unplugged it!!! I found Evan Conklin Plumbing on the web and Norm came out the same day. He replaced the pump, the clogged valve, the blocked sewage line and it was fixed in a few hours! After dealing with painters and flooring refinishers and movers I expected the worst but got the best when Norm showed up. I'm beyond happy with Watertite's workmanship! Sharif and his partner did an excellent job at my house. I've contacted several plumbers for updating the galvanized plumbing in my house, and of the few that actually came out and wrote a bid, Sharif actually followed through and was prompt. His bid was also the most affordable and he was the most available. Extremely pleasant to work with, and outstanding customer service. When issues arose, he was quick to solve them. He offered a small discount for scheduling delays that were out of his control, but I opted for installation assistance instead, to which he was more than happy to help me with. Sharif went above and beyond to ensure we were getting the best service. He is very knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work and service. I definitely recommend him if you are in King or Pierce County.

I was referred to this business specifically by a friend. Had Curtis out the 22nd of August for an estimate on a smaller job (perhaps this is the problem?) and have not heard a word since. In that time we have contacted the office twice for an update after a few weeks of silence and both times were told we would be called back/contacted with an update soon. We were not contacted either time. Why give us the run around and waste our time? Very disappointed and would prefer an honest “we are not interested in helping you” over being ignored.

Being without a kitchen for 4 months after a pipe break, I called ProMax and Evan answered the phone and immediately got me into his schedule which was the next day. yay! He was friendly, efficient and got the job done. I cant recommend this business enough.

I had a major clog in the sewer main line. The first person Mr. Rooter sent out tried to snake it clear, with no success. A second person, Ryan, came out the next day with his camera equipment, which confirmed the issue. We decided to try a hydro scrub (high pressure water) to clear the line. Later that day, Jim, the Hydro tech, came out and he managed to clear the line. The next day, Ryan came back with his camera to attempt to identify what may have caused the problem, and was very helpful explaining my options.I was without plumbing use for about 2 days. My experience overall was positive. In particular, Ryan and Jim were great to work with. I would say this company is priced a bit on the high side for services. As always, people should shop around (if you have the time) to compare proposed services, and rates, prior to committing to a costly repair option. That said, the quality of work and explaining the options was good. Jim, the Hydro tech was obviously very experienced and a pleasure to work with!

I had a leak, and requested the leak detection services; Was given a window of 1 to 5 pm. Got a call at 545 PM, and was told they do not offer the service.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
