Joey our tech was great, he listened, found the problem, gave an estimate and was done the same day! What an excellent way to do business, thanks!

I spoke with a person Eric, he was very courteous , sent a service professional Frank..immediately, the person did fix the pipe quickly and made sure the pipe leakage is fixed.
I am happy with their service and how quickly they addressed my issue ..
However the charges was close to $300. It could have been a bit cheaper for a small pipe repair/fixing issue ..

We live in an old Craftsman house, which had a number of unique repairs made to it including the water pipes. In fact many of our water pipes were not water pipes. This meant that we didn't have adequate water pressure not to mention poor flow from the hot water heater. They gave us a great quote that included installing a new water heater, installing a new shower that we purchased, and repiping the house from the main to all of the faucets and water outlets. It was completed in a day and easy to arrange. We are very happy with the results. I would recommend them for repiping.

Excellent service and professional work. Bobby was able to refer me to another contractor to do some tile work to complement his plumbing. He replaced my toilet, found me a superior sink faucet, and found a way to work with my existing plumbing to replace leaky bathtub faucets.

He was prompt, good at calling to notify of arrival time estimates, helpful in explaining options, and all around a great worker. He understands the dictates of budget and offers a senior discount. Call Bobby T's! [He was recommended by a friend and neighbor. She was right!]

Very knowledgeable however their price for tightening 2 urinal bolts and installing a metal p-trap under a sink was $550 after taxes. I've used them in the past but I'm going to have to find a new preferred vendor after this latest experience. They charge $250/hour labor. I don't think plumbers are worth TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS AND HOUR? Maybe a lawyer or a doctor?

Had a problem trying to get a plumber and tried this new company out. Sharif quickly came to my rescue when no other plumber would see me that day. Got a new water heater just in time. Thankyou again for the excellent service!!

Within a few hours I had two guys out here to help me. I am totally clueless to all that kind of stuff. They didn't make me feel stupid at all. The were very friendly and helpful with helping me understand what they were doing and why. Now I have clean running water. Only 4/5 because it was a little pricey.

Evan is amazing and we highly recommend his company. He was incredibly responsive and helped us when our water heater had a major leak. He was able to find a water heater to replace within days despite it being a challenging one, and throughout it all was very knowledgeable and educated us on proper maintenance. You can tell he takes pride in his work. His pricing was very competitive compared to other quote we received.

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.

I had hired Leak Masters LLC to locate a leak at my home on my underground piping and they did it very it very well. The spot they gave me was exactly where the leak was at. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a leak on anything. they used infrared cameras, ground sensing equipment. And specialized computers to pin point a spot for us.. very HAPPY

Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.

On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.

He is definitely at the top of my list for my next plumbing project.

This is the 2nd time we've used this company. Both times they came out they were professional, polite, quick, and reasonably priced. Today they fixed the slow drip that became a constant running flow from my bathtub faucet. Josh was the name of the man that came this time, he was very polite, professional, and he clearly knew what he was doing. Yes, he wore a mask. And he took of his boots before coming in. I didn't ask him too, he just did (about the boots). I would definitely recommend using this company. I will again when I need to.

just talked to these guys. they wanted $79 just to show up. I asked if it would then go towards the job. Nope! I don't even know them or the price, why would I just give them $79? Hey said, dude it costs $100 for a piece of plywood. obviously we are not a good fit. good bye.

They were the best repair service we ever had for plumbing. When i called they were great : explained the process: talked about possible costs: scheduled a date to come and bid the job and did what they said The best part was the plumber they sent to me. His name was Jimmie and he was the reason I went with the company . I trusted what he said and he explained what was needed and I was sold. While still here, he called the office to order the necessary parts, and scheduled the appointment to get the work done. So I knew what to expect before he walked out the door. He was also personable. Very cool guy, professionally and personally.The office staff is also very personable, helpful and responsive.
