I was experiencing voltage fluctuation at my house while using certain appliances. Matthew Hatfield inspected and diagnose the issue accurately. He was very through in his work and answered all my questions. The charges were reasonable and they gave me additional discount because they had to reschedule original appointment. I am super happy with the service provided by EcoElectric and will definitely consider them for electrical work in future.

Kyle, Xavier, and tanner installed can lights in my entry, kitchen, hallway, and dining room. They came right on time in the morning and I had to leave for the day. When I got home my furniture was put back in place and everything was cleaned up, the layout of the lights were great as well! Thank you Seatown and crew

Switch Electric installed two new outdoor quad outlets on a new circuit, one indoor outlet in my utility closet for future installation of networking equipment, and ran network cable throughout my home. This was billed as time & materials with a journeyman and apprentice electrician, and was at least $1000 cheaper than the next-highest bidder! The work was done professionally and passed first inspection after one minor DIY fix (adding a cable staple). They required no intervention from me after giving the initial instructions, and they cleaned up perfectly after themselves, leaving only a few minor holes in the drywall that they pre-approved with me prior to doing so and only after exhausting all other options.

They tried to bill me twice! Paid my bill in full in October 2017 and just got an email stating that I still needed to pay my invoice (in April 2018). I checked my checkbook and bank account and it showed they cashed my check in October. Total scammers, beware!

After installing new siding on our home, we had an issue where a circuit breaker would constantly trip. This left us with no power to 1.5 of our 3 bedrooms. Within 48hrs, OHM was able to come on-site (free) and produce a quote to troubleshoot the issue. Not only did they provide the most detailed estimate of the contractors we had come on-site, Alfred also greatly impressed us with his willingness to explain the process and answer any questions.

A week later, we had Chris and Justin at our house performing the troubleshooting. Just like with Alfred, they were on time, extremely polite/professional, and very responsive to all of our questions, including some that extended beyond the current issue at hand. Alfred also stopped by halfway through the service call and was able to give us an impromptu walk-through of potential additional options to address a separate, underlying concern Chris and Justin had found. However, Alfred was also very pragmatic in making sure we didn't take on unnecessary cost/work as he actively sought to understand what our actual needs/goals would be in order to determine if the additional work was necessary. Oh, and did I fail to mention they found the issue and fixed it in the same visit, not causing us to incur any additional charges from the troubleshooting quote (aside from materials)? =)

Overall, they were great, well priced, and very customer-centric. If/when we have any future electrician needs, we will be reaching back out to OHM and happily recommending them to others.

*NOTE: Our home is from the '40s with a LOT of unique electrical design choices that OHM had to overcome, further adding value to the service they provided!

These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!
