Best Hot Water Heater in Seattle WA

We had a sewage backup into a downstairs toilet. Tyler did a great job of determining the problem, locating the blockage, and providing several options for resolving the blockage. The entire project was finished in 4 days.

Arash at Ridgid Plumbing is very professional and nice person, my carpet is wet, he tirelessly squeezes time in between his jobs to drive over to review the situation, and explain to me that I need a restoration company to detect where the leak is, he is honest, and has integrity, will definitely
hire him for any future plumbing work.

Jayson was awesome! He installed a new water heater, rerouted some piping, replaced our washer box, and replaced a leaky waste pipe. Would definitely recommend, we plan to work with them again next time we need plumbing work done!

Tj was AMAZING! We have a handful of property in King County. Another Rooter company tried to rip me off at 3x the amount that Bob Oates charged me. Tj made me feel super comfortable by explaining the repair and ALL my options; not just the most expensive one. Got a pex re-pipe. They did it in like 1/2 a day, patch work included!

Bobby came out to my house after hours to inspect a possible leak and quickly found a hole in a pipe where we had some work being done. He replaced the pipe and cleared the lines. He did all of this in about 1.5 hours. He provided feedback on other items that could be issues down the road (we have original galvanized steel pipes) and recommended the most cost efficient solutions. He totally saved us! I highly recommend Bobby when it comes to your plumbing needs. Total life savior !!!

Very knowledgeable however their price for tightening 2 urinal bolts and installing a metal p-trap under a sink was $550 after taxes. I've used them in the past but I'm going to have to find a new preferred vendor after this latest experience. They charge $250/hour labor. I don't think plumbers are worth TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS AND HOUR? Maybe a lawyer or a doctor?

Sharif and Watertite Plumber are outstanding. Responsive, professional, and thorough in addressing the various projects we are interested in scoping. In addition to answering all of our questions on project needs, he suggested multiple ways (including more cost efficient options) to achieve our goals. While onsite, Sharif also assisted with a drain clearing that was desperately needed. I'd definitely recommend working with them.

Job was supposed to take three days but it wound up taking two weeks. Although there were some minor setbacks, there were too many days when nobody was here working or someone was only here for a few hours. Including the delays the job was done according to Tyler. one month later see photos attached : I wrote to Tyler: this is what happened as a result of not filling in the dirt properly. Also you can clearly see that the seeding barely grew. I am hoping that you will fix this as it was created by your Company digging it all out. The entire area was flat and grassy before any work was done. You even commented to my husband that you were sorry about how the lawn was damaged from the equipment. Please let me know what you can do. Thanks (Tyler wrote back saying that it's a busy time of year for them and will be a few weeks before he can get back to me to address the situation.) Update : OK, it’s been five months now from the start back in Sept to now Feb. and a worker just shows up here without prior notice. We’ve been promised this for many weeks, but this drop in stuff is very unprofessional. I guess he knew we were past the point of being patient, so he was no longer acting civil or even making eye contact when spoken to. I once again explained exactly how the fence and grounds were promised to be when the job was bid by Tyler. He just mumbled something at me and proceeded to do it his way despite the efforts of myself and my very ill husband to provide simple details to him. I can’t express in words how frustrating this project has been. Like most people, we have lives to lead and expect highly paid and self promoted professionals to do as they promise and as we, the ones who write the check, need them to do the job they commit to in writing. With a very active dog that can’t use our backyard for three months because these guys can’t make a phone call or commitment to fill a dirt hole or sink a fence post properly is absurd. Do you really want your next plumbing emergency repair (or anything) promised to take a certain time, stretched out for five or more months? Or, when it goes badly do you want your desperate emails and calls to go ignored for week after week after week?

Within a few hours I had two guys out here to help me. I am totally clueless to all that kind of stuff. They didn't make me feel stupid at all. The were very friendly and helpful with helping me understand what they were doing and why. Now I have clean running water. Only 4/5 because it was a little pricey.

This is the best plumber I have ever used in the 35 years of living in my old house. Joe did a great job and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. He was quick to respond the same day I called and the price was very reasonable. I wi recommend him to every one of my friends.

Curtis and Jason were great! They confirmed via text message, they were on time, very professional and very clean. The work was excellent, good attention to detail and a very friendly service!

Evan's bid was very reasonable, he is courteous and professional, and he took the time to answer all our questions. He and his assistant Dave arrived on time, were easy to work with and left the place spotless. We were very impressed with Evan.

If there were 10 stars I would still select 10. Mr. Rooter guys did a superb job. They broke all the stigma out there about plumbing. Tanner was extremely polite, professional and every promise that he gave was fulfilled. The job quality is superb and I have not enough words to praise his performance. I will definitely refer Mr. Rooter to every friend and relative I have. Thanks for a very positive experience. P.S. Love the hot shower.

I had a leak, and requested the leak detection services; Was given a window of 1 to 5 pm. Got a call at 545 PM, and was told they do not offer the service.

Steve installed a tankless (on demand) gas water heater for us, relocated the gas piping, and installed new venting and a recirculating pump. Service was excellent, timely, and very professional at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
