We had multiple problems with our sewer line, and needed the professional plumber to take care of it for us. One of the technicians from Ridgid came the same day and he explained me what is going on and how they are going to look in sewer line with their camera.
They showed up next day early morning and were able to finish the job before noon. Very responsible and professional.

I had a clogged Kitchen drain that I was unable to clear. Contacted Bob Oates Sewer and they offered to have a tech on site same day, I instead scheduled the call for 8 am the next morning. Two man team came on site, diagnosed this issue, clearly communicated what they were going to do and had the problem resolved within the hour. Plus left the Kitchen cleaner then they found it. Nice people, punctual, GREAT SERVICE. Thank you Bob Oates Team!!!

I typically don't leave reviews but I wanted to explain how great Nick and his crew were. I had received a quote from another company and felt very uneasy about the investment and how they interacted with us. I came across Repipe Masters and decided to get a quote. Nick was very prompt and responsive for our appointment. He went through the house and got back to me quick with a very affordable price. He and I went back and forth for a couple of weeks while I asked as many questions that I could regarding the work to be done. He was always informative and I was really taken back that he did not sub out the work.

We decided to go with them and he was able to schedule us within 2 weeks. He and his crew arrived at the schedule time and completed the work in about 8 hours. They laid down barriers to keep the dust down and not to walk on our floors. They worked quickly to make sure that everything was completed and put back together. We did pay for them to patch the walls, which came out perfect.

I 100% recommend Nick and his team. You will not go wrong with these guys!

Finding quality service providers is challenging these days. Bobby is the real deal. Quickly diagnosed, showed me the issue and explained the reason why it was a problem. Transparent pricing. On time (was even able to come earlier than quoted). Before and after photos of the job. Couldn't ask for any better - Bobby's card is permanently on our fridge.

Had my water heater system need a purge and removal of air bubbles form the system. They came out within 3 days and fixed it very quickly.

The technician Norm was very knowledgeable and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didnt need.

I'm so glad I found Sharif. Now I have a plumber I can trust. Things that set Sharif and Watertite Plumbing apart:
1. When you call, you're actually talking directly to a plumber (Sharif). No intermediate person who just does scheduling and can't answer any of your questions.
2. Sharif will generally give you an estimate over the phone based on a description and pictures. None of this paying someone $100 just to come out and look at it nonsense. He'll also be honest about what factors that can't be evaluated this way might cause the estimate to change, but generally will stick with his original estimate and that's what you'll pay for the whole job.
3. He will keep in direct contact with you and update you if something's changed his schedule and he won't be able to make it when he estimated he would (no 4-hour windows sitting around at home wondering if someone will ever show up).
4. He'll tell you honestly about the price of different options and the pros and cons.
5. He'll use appropriate urgency to address a problem.

My interactions:
I first contacted Sharif about installing a smart water shutoff. Based on pictures, he gave me an estimate and said what problem might arise that would require additional work. This was totally different than the handful of other plumbers I called, where I spoke to a scheduling person who wanted to schedule a $100 for someone to come by for an estimate. I ended up installing the shutoff myself, but based on my interactions, I knew who I would go to the next time I had a plumbing problem. So when the waterline to my house started leaking, I called up Sharif on a Friday afternoon. He was able to come by that evening and worked in the dark to dig up and identify the leak. We talked through options and what they would cost. Because I had old rusted out galvanized, the whole thing had to be replaced. Throughout the process Sharif was communicative about the work needed and when he'd be doing it, didn't charge more than his original estimate (even when it turned out he needed to also move my interior shutoff), and gave some advice on unrelated plumbing things (like how I could make my sewage extractor less stinky).

Next time I have a plumbing issue, I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.

These guys are amazing! I was prepared for a very expensive fix but they were able to find the problem quickly, and fix it way under what I thought it could have been. I’ve had Joe out a couple of times to help me with some plumbing problems. Nice guy and does quality work, I would recommend him.

When our older house was having some drainage problems in the basement for which I’d spent weeks looking at diy fixes. We had a leak in our attic pipes and Evan came out and fixed it. While he was fixing it he found a leaking hose bib and replaced it right away. Good quality work and we will definitely be hiring him for any future plumbing jobs! Highly recommend Evan!

He (Dustin) showed up right on time, gave a reasonable quote, promptly did the work, and also did a few extra things like a new pipe thing under the sink, wiped down the sink, cleaned, he certainly went way above and beyond, and made a wonderful impression for the business. He is a fantastic representation for what I hoped this business would be like. I had a terrible experience a year ago with roto rooter and I was dreading having another bad experience but this was so much better than I could have imagined. I'm so relieved to have my sink back and to be really really happy with the work Dustin did. He deserves a raise as he's going out of his way to make that company 10/10 great. Very happy with the overall experience.

We used Leak Masters to find a leak in our basement slab. They showed up on time and promptly found our leak saving us time and money by not having to dig up our entire slab to find it. Kevin was clean, courteous, and even friendly to our dog.

Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
