I worked with Jason for an hour attempting to locate a leak running from the master bath to the laundry room. There is an open panel that allows sight of any possible leak. Jason had me pour water over the tiles while he observed with a flashlight. He determined the leak was not from the pipes. He discovered that the leak was coming from the possiblity of a hairline crack or tiny hole in the grout. I felt relief that the only repair was re-grouting a small area between the tiles. The price I paid was $251.30 - a bit steep I thought, considering no repairs were made and I was left to find another professional to repair the grout.On a previous problem with a sewer back-up, I called FOX and received excellent service at a very reasonable price.

I recently had Doug come by to service my Rinnai tankless water heater. Super knowledgeable and friendly - he walked me through all the work he did and helped me understand my system better. Amazing service and workmanship! Called Premier Plumbing to fix a water heater issue we had. They were able to get me on the schedule pretty fast. The gentleman who came out went above and beyond to help to assist the situation the best way he can so we could have hot water. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and concerns that I had. This is a company I definitely recommend. I appreciate the positive attitude they had while doing the job.

The whole experience with Steve and 2 Sons Plumbing was great. I requested a plumber to diagnose and fix a leaky outdoor faucet on Tuesday afternoon via HomeAdvisor/Angie's List. A representative from 2 Sons called me within an hour to set up a next-day appointment. On Wednesday I got a call to let me know that the plumber would arrive early, which worked out great for me.Steve showed up and took time to understand and investigate both of my concerns. He observed that one of the two faucets I thought was leaking was actually working normally, but that the other needed to be repaired. I received a breakdown of the proposed charges before doing any work, and I agreed to the charges. Steve was quick and thorough at fixing the leaky outdoor faucet and then testing his work.I liked that he wanted to repair rather than replace the faucet, and I liked his attention to detail. In all the entire job took less than 40 minutes, and I paid a fair price for someone to drive to my house and spend 40 minutes working here. Thank you!

We found Gene Johnson initially to diagnose irregularities with our tankless water heater. I really appreciate their organized dispatch service, the text notifications and tracking to let me know how far away they are. Kyle arrived on time and was very professional throughout the process. I needed to involve home warranty but Kyle was patient throughout all of the calls. I also appreciated the diligence with wearing masks and shoe covers around the house. I had such a good experience, I fired our other plumber (who cancelled on us 3 times prior, and set up another appointment with Gene Johnson to identify cause of our bathroom leak.

Seatown reps Came to my house Several times to give us an estimate for AC and electrical Installations.They helped us understand The New systems And How they would fit our home. Also Helped us sort through Multiple conflicting estimates from several different companies. We decided to pay a little more to have them do the installation because We believe we'll get higher quality equipment and service.We'll Review again after the installation.

Fox provided excellent customer service from the first time I called. I was able to speak to a friendly and informative technician who was super helpful and answered all the questions I had about our ductless units prior to sending someone out for a service call. Chris, the technician that came out for the call was also very friendly and informative, on-time and got our heat working again. I would highly recommend Fox and will call them in the future for any heating or plumbing issues that may arise.

Greenhouse was the first to respond to my inquiry. Explained their process very clearly and did a fantastic job. They also let me know if other issues I had in my crawl space and recommended services they didn’t specialize in (rats and insulation). Professional technicians who were very polite and communicated very well. I’d recommend them to my friends and use them again if needed.

just talked to these guys. they wanted $79 just to show up. I asked if it would then go towards the job. Nope! I don't even know them or the price, why would I just give them $79? Hey said, dude it costs $100 for a piece of plywood. obviously we are not a good fit. good bye.
