We had Fox Plumbing come and perform an emergency hot water tank leak in our crawl space of our rental. They were very pleasant to schedule the job and the crew were all friendly and great to work with. Their pricing was very fair and we would use them again. Reason for the 1 star deduction was for the after care with Chad ( I think that was his name) for dealing with a concern I had from my upset tenant when his food was spoiled from the team failing to turn the breaker back on. Chad said it was not their responsibility to turn the breaker back on since they didn't turn it off initially. When in fact they had requested our electrician to turn off the power, so they wouldn't get electrocuted during the job. when my husband asked them to make sure they turned breakers back on, they assured him they did, which this was incorrect.

After having 5 companies come out to figure out why I had no water pressure, Dan from Gene Johnson Plumbing figured it out, removed the old PRV from the front of my property, put in a replacement new pipe fixture and now I have water pressure. Dan was professional, on time, and just a nice guy. I used this company a long time ago and had a similar experience with the fellow who came out regarding my bathroom at the time. I don't know if this was a fair price, but it was worth it for me and I would not hesitate to contact them again for any further issues.

2Sons was quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to visit our home the next day. They diagnosed the issue with our kitchen faucet and returned in a timely fashion to do the install once I had the new faucet. They have a great communication system as well. Austin did great work.

It's simple, do not use Beacon. I am currently in excessive pricing war with their consumer affairs dept. They over price and lie if they wronged you they will make it correct I chose to not use them and the two other bids I recieved are drastically less and a different outcome. Stay away from the Seattle Beacon plumbing horrible ethics and business practices.

Evan Conklin is a dirty weasel. Roughly two years ago we hired him to replace a 7 year old water heater in one of our rental properties. The water heater is located in the attic, a place we obviously don't see much of. Well recently when our tenants called and said they had no hot water we called Evan to take a look at things. He said the water heater was broken again and that we would need to replace it again. We couldn't believe it. Our gut told us to get a second opinion . We have now been told the water heater we currently have in the attic is from 2006. Evan Conklin charged us for a brand new heater that he never even installed. Be careful.

Jeremy from Premier plumbing did an amazing job fixing the corroded copper drainage pipe in the crawlspace. Punctual and honest. I had 6+ other estimates and he’s was by far the cheapest and smallest fix. No scare tactic and always punctual. This saves me thousands and also from taking time off work. He just addressed the problem and how to fix it and no exaggeration or trying to make it a bigger job then needed.

I am truly grateful and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Also he even called after the work as done to explain what was done and that because he made some minor changes due to problems that came up he got the work done but in the different way do so it ended up saving me another $100+ at the end. I really do appreciate that type of honesty!

This company was amazing! My water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. They didn't have any immediate availability but they moved things around and were able to come out despite being full. The water heater was installed without issue, and Elliot was friendly and super knowledgeable. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was kind and helpful. I so appreciated everything! Would definitely recommend them and am thankful for their kindness and hard work.

Rodrick at Gene Johnson Plumbing did a stellar, same-day job replacing broken cpvc pipe with copper underneath my sink. Clean cut into the wall, secure connections/mounting, and answering all questions along the way. Super knowledgeable and a really lovely person; he went out of his way which I greatly appreciate. I can't attest to their prices as I didn't have time for multiple quotes but I felt comfortable putting my trust in them. Excellent customer service and I will call on them the next time we're in need. Thanks for such a seamless fix!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST THEY ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE THAT WON'T TAKE A NO WE DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICE FOR AN ANSWER. They will even get the city involved for a project that doesn't require the city, just to make you hire them. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!

Seatown is wonderful! I have used them for garbage disposal repair and a backed up shower drain. Scheduling was very easy. They texted me the name, photo, and an introduction of the technician roughly 30 minutes before the technician arrived. The technicians were polite and very professional. My issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I would recommend Seatown without any hesitation.

Amazing, prompt service at a very fair price. Nadir arrived not only on time, but early and had my very leaky outside faucet fixed and everything in tip top shape in a very efficient manner. Professionalism was top notch. I highly recommend Green House Plumbing!

These guys aren't interested in doing an easy service call in downtown Seattle where parking is no issue & the task of installing a gate valve on an exposed copper water line is too much for them undertake. At least they didn't mince words!
