Best Heater Maintenance in Seattle WA

I had two leaking spots on the main water line outside of my house. I had one plumbing company (not Fox Plumbing) repair them last summer, but two weeks ago I found there was another leaking on the same spot where they fixed before. Therefore, I decided to replace the entire water line and called three other plumbing companies. They were all well known companies in Seattle area, but only Fox Plumbing estimator (Rick) searched the crawl space twice to find if there would be any short cut to connect the water line from the meter to the house. Even though we decided to install new line through the existing path, I appreciated his efforts to reduce the cost. He made his estimation within 20 minutes after measuring and searching of the conditions of my house. He explained his estimation in detail including the regulation in my area. I accepted his estimation immediately since it was within my projected budget and his explanation gave me a confidence. Fox Plumbing sent me Jose, the plumber, and his co-worker next day and finished the job within 3 days including City's inspection. There were some difficulties to drill the ground due to the rocks hidden, but they solved them and completed it professionally. I would recommend Fox Plumbing to my friend as the most reliable plumber.

I CALLED ON FRIDAY, THEIR TECHNICIAN AARON wOLFE CAME ON SATURDAY TO DISCUSS THE PROJECT AND ON TUESDAY THE TOILET WAS INSTALLED. AARON WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL/COURTEOUS AND PERSONABLE. HE DID EACTLY WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO. FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL TO THE FINAL TOILEET INSTALLATION, THEREE WERE ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS. GOOD QUALITY, GOOD VALUE, PROFESSIONAL FROM START TO FINISH.

Very fast service and fixed the leak under my sink in under an hour. Given the demand for home repair services and long lead times these days, I was very thankful for the speedy response and quick solution. No one wants to delay this type of repair. Robert was great--and gave me a couple options--and once a decision was made, was able to fix the entire system.

We used Rotor Rooters and they helped us fix our water main blockage as soon as they could! Turns out there was still a leak the next day, so they came back again and a different technician helped us with the same issue. The management team was very considerate in that the testing was not fully completed to ensure the root cause analysis of the problem in the first place was solved, so they gave us an adjustment on our service and free camera inspection as well as guarantee. He made sure that all of the other drains continued to work without any problem. After a bad experience with Bob Oates overcharging and not getting the job done, I call Fritzs and they came out promptly and got the drain cleared within 20 minutes for a $100 less than BO. Four years ago I Hired GF for major job of over $7,000 and they didn’t honor our contract. He didn’t replace 5 feet of pipe and blamed Puget Sound Energy for his responsibility. The Better Business Bureau made multiple attempts to resolve the issue but they didn’t reply. NEVER HIRE this company!
