After calling with a water heater leak they were quick to set up an appointment the next day.The repairman Bobby was very friendly and described everything that was going on with the water heater in great detail so I could understand it. Installation was quick because they had another guy bring out the tank and parts needed instead of him going back and getting it. Overall great service really pleased. This is the third time I used them and will use them for all my plumbing needs.

Had them come out for a hot water heater repair, right on time and very professional. Also, the guy wasn’t equipped to fix the problem I had, but he told me how to do it myself and then didn’t charge me for the visit, saying he doesn’t like charging people when he doesn’t fix the problem.

Didn’t fix my issue, but it wasn’t their fault, and overall found them to be very trustworthy. Would recommend.

Within a few hours I had two guys out here to help me. I am totally clueless to all that kind of stuff. They didn't make me feel stupid at all. The were very friendly and helpful with helping me understand what they were doing and why. Now I have clean running water. Only 4/5 because it was a little pricey.

Our pipes were clogged over the weekend (Of course on a Sunday!) with overflow into our basement shower...Yuck! We had to leave a voice mail message at another Plumbing company, but when I called Craftsman Plumbing they answered the phone and took down the information and had a plumber to our house first thing Monday morning.
