The technician was on time (or even early) for the appointment and gave me a detailed, thorough explanation of issues we had with our bath tub faucets. Although it was not easy, he found the parts for our rather ancient faucets. If he had not, it could have been much more expensive.

This is my second time having Beacon out to fix something in our new home. The joys of having a new home I guess. But we’re very happy Beacon was able to come out promptly both times, and both times quickly fixed the issue. Two different crews, and they were both courteous, professional, and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

My experience with Clearwater Leak Detection was great. Simon was very knowledgeable and found our underground pipe leak in no time at all. He took the time to show us the issue and explained how to prevent the problem in the future. He was able to perform the repairs quickly and put our leak fears to rest! They had all the equipment needed on hand to help us out fast. I will definitely call them in the future for any water leak issues.

New Review for 3/23/23 work on my toilet: Montory and Garrett contiued their superb service once again, this time to repair my toilet. Got an appointment fast and they were able to show up promptly the next morning. They replaced my toilet fixtures and took care of the problem efficiently and patiently answered questions I had on other plumbing concerns. Montory and Garrett did a fantastic job installing a new kitchen faucet and new fixture shutoffs. They took their time to get it done right and delivered quality results and service. Also, they were very pleasant and patient to work with. Worked with Montory twice now and he really goes the extra mile to make sure that I'm satisfied and all my concerns are taken care of. This was my third service call with Craftsman in the past two weeks to do several repairs/replacements for bath, kitchen and new water heater too and couldn't be more pleased. Shout out as well to Drew & Isaac on the water heater installation -- great job guys! Thanks Drew for updating the faucet order and guiding me through the basics of hot water heaters. Craftsman will be my go to plumber going forward; I'm so relieved to know that they are reliable, nearby, and available when needed.

I contacted Simple Plumber to replace some leaky valves underneath my 20-year old sinks. They gave me advice on how to fix the issue myself and saved me a lot of trouble. Thanks!

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

There are plenty of Bellevue plumbing companies, but only a few get to say they are the best Bellevue plumber around.. they earn that title!
