JP was my Service Technician and he was excellent. He arrived in the time slotted and was respectful and professional. I would have given Fox Plumbing 5 stars except it would have been nice if I had an email reminder the day before my appointment so I could be reassured that they had me on their radar.

It reminds me of my old buddy's slogan for his custom bike shop: We're slow, but we're expensive.We now have new electrical stuff that's almost like what we asked for, and we're all set if we add new high amperage stuff, but I thought they should've finished before demanding the final payment, and it would've been better had we not spent a day and a half waiting for them to show up (when they didn't).

Nick and his team replaced our old galvanized pipes. They were respectful, professional and efficient, not to mention their bid was thousands less than some others and done in less than a day. They cut far fewer holes in our walls than some estimates projected and patched them well afterwards. I can't imagine a better experience. Would recommend to anyone looking to repipe their home.

I have hired Joe twice now and both times, he did an excellent job. Communication with he and his wife was always very easy, costs were transparent, jobs done well, and he's even given me tips on how to fix simple things myself without needing to pay for it. He explains everything thoroughly and in terms that I can understand. I am always happy to support this family-run business and can't recommend them enough.

We had several plumbers come out to fix a leaky Kohler shower/tub valve, and all of them told us we'd have to cut a hole through our shower enclosure to replace the whole thing.

We called Joe from TSCO from a recommendation from a friend, and he was great. He let us e-mail photos of the valve to him and he arrived with the necessary parts already in hand, and there was no need to cut a hole in the shower. He also squeezed us in two days early, too! The end result? Our valve is no longer leaking. Plus, he fixed a rust stain in the tub and replaced a toilet flapper while he was here.

Joe is very thorough, knowledgeable and does a quality job. He's more expensive than some other plumbers we called, but clearly you get what you pay for. TSCO is definitely our plumber of choice!

We have worked with Jason at Rudy's for a long time. He is a caring person who tried hard to deliver the best work for a reasonable price.

Rudy's have made lots of changes to improve their business operations and they are dedicated to quality work. They also work hard are keeping their prices down in order to be an excellent value.

Their service area is mostly on the eastside including Mercer Island, Bellevue, Kirkland, Renton, and Redmond. They do some Seattle jobs however.

They are not reliable in terms of their commitments. I had an estimate with the company and it took 2 weeks for the report to arrive. When we finally scheduled the work, they came over and found the problem was more than they originally scoped. They went back and said they will come back with a new estimate.I called numerous times and after 4 days they said they will back off because there are too many previous problems and they don't want to work on it. You are plumbers. I hire you to solve my plumbing problems. It looks like this company is not competent.

Jacob was great and very professional. We hired Anthony’s Plumbing for initial rough in for new shower in bathroom remodel. He worked through options with us as we’re managing most of this ourselves for this project. Quality was excellent and his plumbers were awesome. I would definitely use them again.

PJ and the team came to the rescue for me. My home ran into a serious plumbing issue, with a sewer line that needed to be replaced. Our whole household was in emergency mode — we couldn't take a shower, flush, or even wash our hands normally.

PJ and the team went well beyond the call of duty, working late into the night on a holiday weekend to get us operational again. They didn't have to do that — but I am so appreciative that they did!

Watch out for these guys, as they will try to rip you off as much as possible! Very dishonest people.
They inspected our 5-yr old tankless water heater and identified that a part had to be replaced. After we gave them the go ahead on replacing the part (heat exchanger) worth < $300, without our consent, they replaced the whole unit (which they provided themselves with a 60% mark-up for $2,000). And then they threatened consequences if we didn't pay the price immediately.
When we asked in a respectful manner why the mark-up was unreasonable and why we hadn't been notified of switch from part replacement to unit, Evan (owner) started using curse words and started threatening.
After we paid them, we asked for our old unit (one day after their service), they said they had tossed it out and it couldn't be retrieved.

Having said all of that, they responded promptly with a same day service and everything was back online and working after 3 hours, so if you don't mind them stealing from you, this business can be a good choice.
We recommend getting a 2nd opinion if they tell you the unit has to go.
